Formalize Statement/Testimony re: Wire Terror

This is from Yukie Yamada aka Fern. Her surname Fitzgerald is no longer
needed even if her cell phone is still listed under both. My formal calls and
emails to journalists includes my statement of intent to report on news
reporting patterns. This means that my contact with individual journalists
are separate from their relationship from the news companies that they
work for publicly.

Groups are required to separately make formal, legitimate contact in the
public sphere with known individuals who can confirm that their statements
are part of a legal process to expose abuses, corrupt practices and terror
crimes within industrial intelligence systems, law enforcement or within
news companies.

My contact with Hawaii News Now Sports and News offices authenticated
that they are not the entity to coordinate a media event to acknowledge my
status with Congress, though, they may include statements from others.

Conditions include: multiple verifiable contract terms for statements with
ownership rights of statements on the internet through news and officials.

no conflict of interest is a mandatory condition for contact with Yukie in
formal terms, no conflict of interests is mandatory for statements to those
in Congress like Congress woman Emerson from Missouri and others and
Senator Grassely from Iowa and Hatch from Utah. Former Congress Jane
Harman has also been notified.

all privacy, digital media property, intellectual property and telephone
records are owned in entirety by Yukie Yamada, if used by others is must
include formal contact with Yukie Yamada to establish acknowledgment
of her role in exposing drug sites, grand larceny patterns and pervasive
intent to degrade and deprive of basic rights as American and victim.

others who have formal contact with press groups should say the the level
of awareness has included those who did not have jurisdiction in local and
legal criminal justice/government systems however that conditions were
created to increase harm.

APEC Asian Pacific Economic Conference press writings have been a hoax
in the press to test the will, preparedness and political intelligence of those
who are hosting the events. Industrial stakeholders have not framed the
confrerence, starting the second week of November within the context of
failed policies in Hawaii to address cyber/intel/info terror crimes.

any conference for "pan american" or "euro" or "asian nations presumes
that as a region, nations, cultures and existing governments are aligned
within a common purpose for prosperity and perpetuation of rights to
exist. not true for any region. historical hatred, political rivalries and the
obvious greed that propelled most regional economic policies involved
the control of resources and minds of the masses.

my digital media self=publishing projects are application models of what
is possible in the age of information terror and the diminished role of the
industrial intel systems with news that made some "special" corrupt inside
players of control. no structure is permanently in control with policies to
guide function and application.

digital rights, digital privacy, digital autonomy for wire terror victims, and
victims of failed governance is my platform by confronting the need for
aggressive Hate Crimes practices within social media networks, especially
to end drug violence/intimidation networks.

stop stalking me in the public, assholes. it's time to make legitimate calls
and statements with multiple contacts in a process that is ongoing but not
highly predictable. one call means nothing in a festering government.
