OUTCOME PLANNING and PROCESS INTERFERENCE

Dear Dino,

There is process and outcome. As we know, interference is
when others try to block, manipulate, violate and increase all
suffering. There is process interference and little else now.
Corrupt stakeholders lost on all grounds: moral, legal, political,
economic and in spirit. Losers.

Stating outcome is important: retirement in two years. What
to consider? It's a "living document" as the Washington Post says
about the digital news economy since policies and practices can't
all be known. Digital is still too recent to know what is possible
and do-able.

All we know is that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
is evil for having not created direction in policy and pubic awareness
to protect all rights to free enterprise for civilians in the growing
digital private sector. Unlike some net neutrality advocates, Yukie
does not think faster transactions are always more competitive.

Perhaps only in certain areas of the digital private sector. Her own
integrative style has proven that certain applications may succeed
when dealing with unknowns if one observes how systems are moving,
responding, legislating, etc. Free access is needed, there is no
question. Accurate, safe, reliable transactions and privacy should
be seen as being at risk with the debate centering around deprivation
of rights to speed rather than quality of rights in a given situation.

Speaking of quality, access and content, "self-governing" means
that my personal wealth will be untaxed. Any enterprise revenue
generated from my own efforts does not mean I defer payment of
some sort from having had my fundamental rights violated willfully
by government and agencies/officials. What I now deserve and
have earned I will have and take as rightfully my property.

Should I include "picking-up" dying gasping small businesses
as a means to make amenable this process? Possibly. Likewise
with land property.

Relieving my financial hardship and deprivation of basic access
to safe, reliable services is primary. This should be considered
untaxed, and set in a way that is verifiable on record. It's obvious
what could have taken place with on-the-table discussion here,
documented by verifiable, legal entities who do not have a conflict
interest and who have always promoted principles fundamental
to our Constitution.

This includes the right as an American to abolish ties with govern-
ment when it has been proven to repeatedly betray their obligation
to protect dignity, freedom and safety.

I have participated in daily practice in all realms of my existence
a consistent practice acknowledging imperfection and rights in
current times. All testimony will confirm this.

I have not been treated fairly in the "spectrum" of Fitzgerald's, as
we live all in their "spectrum" of finance, commerce, intelligence and
industry, don't we? As I recently mentioned to someone, even in the
so-called progressive Bay Area Northern California, an American
female of Japanese descent with instrinsic intelligence and merit has
no access past a certain point of hierarchical institutional life.

Choosing "self-governance" as a legal/political/enterprise model
is my message to Mr. and Ms. Fitzgerald. Even the evil Mr. Logistics
Pew agrees that Yukie does not have to work for Wells Fargo either.
