through hearsay that today's Fox News interview included those
with the opinion that America's energy policy should not be in
any way politicized. Could they say that about healthcare, too?
Republicans have proven and will disclose to the public and the
world that the healthcare reform scam legislation affectionately
called ObamaCare held the embedded belief that a Democrat
health policy initiative should obviously only benefit Democrat
stakeholders.
Hey, stating the obvious is important, especially since it has been
said for a few decades that a sane policy would be to decrease our
dependence on foreign oil and increase renewable sources through
an economic model that reflects a more equitable distribution of
profit.
In fact, 10 years ago I may have had a similar conversation that
may have been heard, known, repeated to force my life, privacy
and work into the partisan industrial network of 'for Dems only'
with nothing but destruction if this is not the case. Well, I have
proven this to Republicans, too.
I read and write well even outside of academic circles of political
thought and meaning. My news rendition was supported by all
those who see even defense of dignity in a non-partisan mode.
A two-party system is the work of news defense contractors who
know the lower instinct found in most mindless voters who care
not to know, read nor write.

Institutional Political Rape: Psychological Warfare
Dear Dino,
As you know, my social media sites on Facebook and Twitter have
been acknowledged by two international press groups since I started
self-publishing in December 2009. It's been that much time that
those in Hawaii have sat like paralyzed nazi mummies in their own
humilation and perpetrator mode against my rights.
They don't read well, it seems. Afterall, as my letters to Monster on
coffeeshopmonster blog last week, Hawaii received a grade "F" for
failure by those who evaluated the quality of Hawaii's federally
funded literacy programs to teach reading and writing. My
newsletters aren't seen as valuable by those who don't read in
Hawaii's established power of governance and intelligence.
I had a casual conversation last month at a cafe about this strange
thing in Hawaii where mediocrity seems to make some proud. We
sat and chatted about the inevitability of corrupt Obama being seen
as the most corrupt lying President ever. Bush they say had it all
wrong with his axis of evil policy direction with acts of terror on
American soil, but Obama had it correct then lied it seems to stay
in control of -err- money for Democrat industrial stakeholders.
What's an American to do on this eve of the birth of the person who
is called the son of God? I don't celebrate Xmas, never really felt the
need to in most of my adult life, just as most whom I knew in CA. We
just didn't get it. Greasy diners for breakfast, or if we were lucky
we would escape the country to an unknown place to observe and
watch other cultures in their own practice of the holidays.
They say the troops are now leaving Iraq, so it's the end of the war
conflict that started with the war on terror axis of evil dependence
on foreign oil, etc. Not so surprising there was an article on my
least favorite twitter news line, logisitics monster about the military
doing an op off the coast of the Big Island. Saw that yesterday. It
must be that they found some link between that dirty rotten drug
cartel from Mexico and Iranian extremists linked to Hawaii!! Even
Feinstein said that the Mexican drug cartel link with Iranians were
plausible. Feinstein would know that drugs=terror crimes.
Yes, I am in contact with Feinstein in SF and Washington DC to say
there is a need to formalize my terror victim status for protection of
my rights to privacy and stalking from these parasite intel criminal
groups who hack into lines at will because they can't figure out how
to flush money into Hawaii's economy when nobody reads well except
to create crimes to investigate crimes with higher level federal
groups. A nice way to keep stable in a place committed to mediocrity
and institutional rape as means of staying secure
Take a look at their faces recently, those who say they have real
and compelling information about terror threats. It may be that they
are selling info from my newsletters for the past two years to feds
who don't care about institutional rape of intellectual property as
long as they have a point of engagement into a brown-skin system
of intelligence, only too happy to be poorly regarded intel slaves.
If you think the war on terror was lamented in the powers that be
in Hawaii while their brown-skin boys were sent in droves to combat,
well, think again. How to explain the faux policy statements? Can't
do it, gotta just dumb them down, break their backs and present it
in a way that seems reasonable from those who feed them. A real
plan to keep discourse down in the world.
Anyway, I'm not saying anything that hasn't been said, thought and
screamed lately. During my chat at the cafe with someone who was
born from another country but chose to reside here on Maui, I said
that the stories about environmental manipulation with spraying as
a means to create electromagnetic conditions with micro metal flakes
seemed plausible. It could impact the electro magnetic lives of all
sentient beings, especially the sensitivo ones. This story is has been
the source of most schizo reactionary behavior in the public.
My faux theory is that this takes place in low-grade quantities where
where those there would be subject to a kind of genetic identifying
separation based on their predisposition to certain conditions. Some
become crazed bitch-like beings, others sleepy indifferent, others
like me become committed to engaged anger with directed knowledge
and application for true retribution. Institutional rape after all, is not
like rape our physical bodies as a result of rage. Institutional rape
takes the form of controlling minds, hearts and economic structures.
One could say, well, there are reports that institutional rape of our
bodies have been reported here in Hawaii for economic subjugation.
While Yukie has never experienced real bodily rape, she has considered
that an institutional condom is not at all what she needs. What she
needs is to convey is that accountability has many ways of finding
enactment depending of where perpetrators are residing.

DEMAND: DOJ US AG HOLDER TO RESIGN- Update 12/13/11
Dear Dino,
Update: Republican Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner issued his own
press release re: impeachment of Obama over disatrous weapons ATF
investigation. Reports from Senator Chuck Grassely's Committee also
found that increased violence in Northern Mexico resulted from US
gun sales to identify trafficking networks with drug cartels. I support
statements to address such brutal investigative tactics and condemn
Obama and Holder for their failed drug policies.
FYI: in August 2011, I faxed hand-written statements from Makawao
to Senator Chuck Grassley re: ongoing abuses and malicious neglect
by those on Maui investigating patterns of drug terror/grand larceny
within known reported drug suspects. My fax to Grassley included a
request to contact VP Biden about his own recent visits to Hawaii.
As a caution, it should be mentioned that with any Democrat official
there is a risk for money laundering groups to use corrupt partisan
networks to harvest, hold and disseminate info from places where
there is a reasonable expectation of privacy. No official nor agency
has a right to withhold evidence that could have been submitted to
law enforcement or criminal justice contacts years ago when I made
calls, spoke with, emailed and met in person about this violation in
my living space.
Obviously, Japanese Americans who pride themselves with their overt
message that they are always in control of all government functions
are now exposed with their pants down, as always. I call this ex-
posure the Lollipop Lounge Program for those who refuse to accept
their totalitarian notion of justice.
Officials are once again demanding that US Attorney General Holder
resign his position. In today's news report, exposed disaster from
recent weapons investigations Fast and Furious resulted in officials
naming Holder's failures as shameful and a pattern of deception.

at the same time CA state pushed their Prop 19 for recreational and

OUTCOME PLANNING and PROCESS INTERFERENCE
Dear Dino,
There is process and outcome. As we know, interference is
when others try to block, manipulate, violate and increase all
suffering. There is process interference and little else now.
Corrupt stakeholders lost on all grounds: moral, legal, political,
economic and in spirit. Losers.
Stating outcome is important: retirement in two years. What
to consider? It's a "living document" as the Washington Post says
about the digital news economy since policies and practices can't
all be known. Digital is still too recent to know what is possible
and do-able.
All we know is that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
is evil for having not created direction in policy and pubic awareness
to protect all rights to free enterprise for civilians in the growing
digital private sector. Unlike some net neutrality advocates, Yukie
does not think faster transactions are always more competitive.
Perhaps only in certain areas of the digital private sector. Her own
integrative style has proven that certain applications may succeed
when dealing with unknowns if one observes how systems are moving,
responding, legislating, etc. Free access is needed, there is no
question. Accurate, safe, reliable transactions and privacy should
be seen as being at risk with the debate centering around deprivation
of rights to speed rather than quality of rights in a given situation.
Speaking of quality, access and content, "self-governing" means
that my personal wealth will be untaxed. Any enterprise revenue
generated from my own efforts does not mean I defer payment of
some sort from having had my fundamental rights violated willfully
by government and agencies/officials. What I now deserve and
have earned I will have and take as rightfully my property.
Should I include "picking-up" dying gasping small businesses
as a means to make amenable this process? Possibly. Likewise
with land property.
Relieving my financial hardship and deprivation of basic access
to safe, reliable services is primary. This should be considered
untaxed, and set in a way that is verifiable on record. It's obvious
what could have taken place with on-the-table discussion here,
documented by verifiable, legal entities who do not have a conflict
interest and who have always promoted principles fundamental
to our Constitution.
This includes the right as an American to abolish ties with govern-
ment when it has been proven to repeatedly betray their obligation
to protect dignity, freedom and safety.
I have participated in daily practice in all realms of my existence
a consistent practice acknowledging imperfection and rights in
current times. All testimony will confirm this.
I have not been treated fairly in the "spectrum" of Fitzgerald's, as
we live all in their "spectrum" of finance, commerce, intelligence and
industry, don't we? As I recently mentioned to someone, even in the
so-called progressive Bay Area Northern California, an American
female of Japanese descent with instrinsic intelligence and merit has

Dear Dino,
The low-flying yellow military copter got the finger yesterday
as it hovered around near to the property where I live. It took
a spin around the usual places, too low to the ground even if
it didn't swarm around like the other agile yellow copters last
year. There are individuals, groups, residents ready to speak
formally, even to profess guilt, around here. Why the copters?
Don't they already have the proof about "drug" crimes?
Action is needed by authentic employees of government and
official agencies with identification badges and numeros. The
copter is a thrill only for those who like photography at close
range on private properties where others speak directly to
authentic employees of government and agencies.
No excuse from any system can justify this incident. Another
copter flew today between 12-1pm. Find the private contractor
and do what is required by law. The FEDS are willing to find
the precise button that sends that message to the pilot.

Urgent: False Reporting/Suspicious Timing by Maui News - See DEAR MONSTER on Twitter
Dear Dino,
Well, it's all coming together now. Take a look at botched and
failed federal investigative efforts recently reported in national
news. . . CORRUPT IMPLEMENTATION OF DRUG ENFORCEMENT
TACTICS/LAWS as well as disastrous outcomes from other types
of federal efforts like Fast and Furious from Alcohol Weapons &
Tobacco trafficking operation from the SW that spiraled out of
control in Mexico this past month.
This morning, I called messages in to United Press International
photo news office at 202 898-8000. UPI news wire is now a
"follower" of twitter.com/FernSpoke. They see that reporting on
news patterns have merit and value for digital new integration
with other news sources. Careful evaluation will reveal that my
twitter.com/FernSpoke has undeclared internet "followers" by a
few Mr. Totalitarian-type agencies exposed for failures.
My direct email and phone calls to Pacific Radio Group last week
provided information about my idea to produce a program based
on public safety. This program concept will addressing reporting
gaps with the Okudara hostage incident that went on for 2-1/2
days with prohibited weapons and patterns of illegal drug crimes.
PRG knows of my proprietary enterprise concepts and plans to
promote national radio program. Working with PRG would be a
path to creating public news access for other whistle-blowers on
Maui, in Hawaii and perhaps elsewhere. Sparse reporting with a
police crisis incident in a residential neighborhood led to what
some fear as "police" state enforcement.
PRG runs MauiNOW.com internet site but there was a complete
absence of coordination with PRG daily program on KNUI with
Tom and Kelly Breakfast Club. In fact, information provided to
"Fern" when she called in the show on August 12th was more
than vague, it lacked accuracy and intent to curb public violence.
Tom is a pro. He didn't even read the MauiNOW internet news.

My complaint and proposed production plan to the General and
Sales Manager at PRG included ideas for professional security
