POLICY/AGENCY WARFARE: DEA/DHHS vs. DOJ- OBAMA DRUG LOVERS

Dear Dino,

I told Senator Rand Paul's office in Kentucky and Senator
Kay Hutchison's Texas office that I would use my news
letter to write an open letter to them about how there is
proof that the State of Hawaii and California collectively
have resulted in increased terror crimes for non-drug
users and those who are independent from partisan type
funds through federal agencies.

It's true. After the Los Angeles Times on July 8, 2011
published their article about the DEA and DHHS finally
articulating policy based on an investigation by DHHS
since 2004 re: medical marijuana . . . suppression was
found in news circuits. The DEA and DHHS rejected the
legitimacy of medical marijuana and rejected efforts to
reclassify cannabis from a Schedule 1 narcotic.

The DEA and DHHS (architects of failed welfare social
economic budgets from corrupt Democrats) are usually
not on the same page in governance. However, this state-
published in the largest newspaper in California last month
ment is a direct attack on the Dept. of Justice and this corrupt
President. It is policy/agency warfare between the Drug
Enforcement Agency/Dept. of Health Human Services with
Department of Justice and Obama.

My statements to Senators and House Representatives
provided details to substantiate that in Hawaii and on Maui
specific festering examples of welfare endemic illegal
drug trafficking cultures with white collar commercial
enterprises are strange bedfellows rubbing elbow grease.
It's been my testimony since 2007.

opportunistic types who see that their sensitive flesh is
meat for broiling in times of political desperation.

As for daily life, it's more of the same bullshit. A text
message with race-based hate threats arrived to Yukie's
Verizon phone from the known Verizon phone of a
known licensed medical practitioner last Friday. The
threat was against "slant eye gooks", you know, all of
the Asian race.

The text was sent after a direct, person-to-person chat
with this physician who confirmed that he was about to assist
a known psychiatric illegal drug user who has violated her
social contract as a recipient of housing subsidy from the
government and who has advocacy with a women's non-
profit subsidized also by government monies while living
in an open illegal drug use social network.

This physician claims that during a half-hour period, his
phone was left unattended. The female who answered the
phone from where the hate text was delivered claimed that
she was this physician's girlfriend. It's unclear if this hate
psycho is related to the psychiatric illegal drug user who
makes a false accusations about Yukie trying to steal her
"guy" while she is in the Critical Care unit for an incident
involving abuse of pain killers. The only contact made with
her "guy's" phone was to deliver a message to the known
psychiatrist seeing the drug abuser at the hospital. No,
Yukie is not a practitioner, just a by-stander who happens
to in proximity to such life activities.

This physician claims affiliation with Maui's health clinics
the Maui Medical Group. A direct complaint was made to
the Medical Director, an Occupational Hotline for Threat to
Life in Washington DC and to the Medical Director of the
clinic where this practitioner mentioned affiliation. Yukie
called the Physician's Exchange # in the first evening after
the hate crime text was received.

Complicated process in trying to confirm professional med-
ical affiliation with the Maui Medical Group. Finally, 2 operators
from two clinic sites provided the direct phone number to the
Administration Medical Director's line. The number provided
twice was the wrong number, in fact, it connected to a place
that claimed it is a company called Maui Chemical Company
and said that their phone number is another number.

All numbers were called in to the Hawaiian Telephone federal
account line since the Fraud line did not answer. All this to
make a complaint that a licensed professional with privileges
over human life lives in close proximity to a personal friend
who delivers race-hate text messages in a state where over
half of the population have some Asian blood background.

At last, Yukie spoke with the receptionist at 242-4215, the
real Medical Director's number. The wrong number called prior
to this was 244-4215. It resulted in a call to the chemical company
not listed in the phone book and who said their number really
is another number 244-4221. This number tested correctly.

Race-based Hate Crimes is a felony. In the case of a known
licensed professional linked clients who demonstrate patterns
of deceit with welfare violations and drug abuse, guess what?
It's a Wild Fern claim to fame! Welfare, hate, illegal drugs and
wire fraud. A sign of the times in Hawaii.
