Improved Wire Crisis: Update 6/2/11

Dear Dino,

The response for my complaints about industrial/intel
narco/fed wire privacy issues received a response. It's
not over yet, but now the will of the public has voice.

update 6/1/11: Hawaii's lawmakers are devastated.
Their illegal, unenforceable medical marijuana law
over a decade old has been exposed as a symptom
of a pattern of malicious abuse of governance.

Last week, a month after Osama bin Laden was killed
by Kentucky Special Operations in Abottabad at his
marijuana drug compound, states are popping out
news after news reports about RESPONSIBLE laws for
medical marijuana, well-written and implemented.

While Hawaii's drug economy government has only
"compassion" for 14,000 medical marijuana users,
but no care for those who do not use drugs being a
target for druggies and corrupt white collar groupies
of drugs, California, Colorado and Montana have a
miraculous cure for wire fraud in drug dispensaries!

An Illinois private-equity company has the answer:
(according to unsubstantiated reports, that is . . . )
secure and reliable transactions for online, wireless
and merchant payments point-of-contact (POC) biz
services. Whoa. Freedom from criminal infiltration,
they say with OUR financial services applications.

Fernie is considering asking a percentile of any and
all transactions for her efforts to report this evil
and sinister wire fraud in medical dispensaries.
She is on Congressional record for years reporting
the symptom of a larger problem in her life with
her phone number being fraudulently listed on
Geico and credit card records of criminal med-
ical marijuana dispensary, Brian Murphy in Paia.

The huge cannabis industry manufacturer did not
say if they dispensed "smokable" THC, or pakalolo.
But Arizona's SUPER STORE linked to the Oakland
chain being investigated for cultivating illegal drug
cultures is ready for their 3900 medical pot clients,
a BILLION-dollar industry says the SUPER STORE.

Thankfully, Senator Rand Paul from Kentucky, not
to be confused with his dad Congressman Ron Paul
from Texas, said "no" to an extension of the flawed
Patriot Act last week that really did not curb terror
in our information systems nor assist in our war on
terror. In fact, the operational realities in Hawaii, and
the known corrupt implementation of drug enforce-
ment laws have been reported as a symptom of a
larger problem.

increased wire breaches based on counter terror
laws/language/applications under Democrat
systems of enforcement/government. In light
of this past weekend's attack on Lockheed Martin,
the largest information defense contractor firm
in this country, practically an act of war, we can
see that some officials cannot walk and chew
gum at the same time.

My Fave Kitty decided that he wanted a fishing supply
store on Maui since there are so few around these days.
Yukie really is not working to make lazy bones happy
with the fishing gear store. After all, we reap what
we sow in America, right?

Illegal Drugs and Cars, Cars, Cars

Dear Dino,

Do you repair cars? My '93 Toyota Corolla, formerly owned
by Aunty, then Papa and then finally registered under Yukie's
name was hauled away this past week by Free Towing. For
some reason, their phone number had been posted illegally
on telephone poles on Maui. The Maui News had a brightly
colored photograph of some guy taking down the sign last
week. Anyway, Free Towing's main office is in Waipahu.

The car had been vandalized for years. Since 2007, after I
registered the vehicle under my name, I've bought at least
5 tires with proof of serioius explosive "tears" close to the
rim of tires witnessed by others who happened to be close
enough to assist me with switching to another tire.

Kitagawa's, the reknown towing and metal dealer on Maui,
said that they saw Free Towing signs on Wakea Avenue in
Kahului, too. I called the Lahaina Police Station to report my
incident of identity fraud with Free Towing, someone who
claimed to call on my behalf with their Supervisor Justin.

After 6 weeks being listed on Craig's List, I notified most of
all mechanics known on Maui to tell them that my car was
looking for a skilled mechanic. With less than 100.000 miles,
'93 Toyota Corollas retain value for anyone who knows how
the game of car repair works.

The Better Business Bureau also heard from me about how
to deal with mechanics who provide fake advice to females
when they think females don't know better. haha. Dino, I
know more about cars, cars, cars than they think. After all,
when several cars in the same place need another fuel pump
within a couple months, then somewhere in the parts chain
of consumption, some guy wins.

Take a look at the news reports about car jackings in Haiku
and Makawao with Accords. Whoa. Must be on dope speed
or some glue solvent with their brains fried to a crisp.

My vehicle, somewhere on a barge out to sea, compressed
condensed with old friends who knew someday, someone
somehow somewhere would find out the truth.

Zero Tolerance for Drugs in the Workplace

Dear Dino,

My attempt to remain outside and peripheral to systems of
information that deal with foreign policy has been successful.
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DRUGS IN THE WORKPLACE sponsors are
being sought now by my unedited newsletters on Twitter.
Employees, customers and contractors should always be protected
from illegal drug harassment in the workplace. It's a full-proof
plan for value.

Update: 5/23/11 Called 808 643-DLNR Enforcement phone
today. Last week at Verizon in Kahului, a sales rep assisted in
reviewing my cell phone functions. . . looks like a hardwire
problem she said. She knows that in the past other sales reps
there called Republicans in the Congress House Appropriations
Committee about my phone number being listed under the
wrong name more than once. This rep said that someone she
knows works within the Department of Land and Natural
Resources agency in the state to facilitate Green Harvest type
activities.

Well, according to Ron Youngblood in the Maui News last
week, such Greeen Harvest with the US DEA is mostly to find
and harvest "intelligence" rather than illegal cultivation. They
are exposed for their use of "intel" for land speculation these
days, even druggies know that the feds are playing a game
with hungry states looking for real estate deals in a stupid
place like Hawaii where they sell privacy like candy to feds.

I had to do it. Reports of heroin being sold in Huelo near a
site where I had seen the fatigue green military helicopter
nearly land on private property ag land in Huelo in 2008 is
a sign that crimes are now into THAT fed system. Some just
forgot that marijuana and heroin are in the same illegal drug
category that allows for extraordinary access to "systems" of
information in surveillance.

KHNL also received my call about the heroin rumor in the
Huelo area with known addicts passing through. Now everyone
knows that the transnational with crystal meth/marijuana is
not exactly the same with heroin/psychocactive/marijuana and
not even the same with hashish.

So, Washington Post Associate Editor and Sacramento Bee
press heard from me about this since Osama bin Laden was
asssasinated two weeks after I spoke with the Kentucky DEA
agent through Senator Rand Paul's office. His name is
Mark Slaughter. He appropriately said that his district is
not involved with Fraud Waste Abuse in Hawaii with illegal
drug use amongst clusters of subsidized disabled clients
who are known in the public to sell illegal drugs from their
rented room on ag properties on Maui.

Anyway, bin Laden also had pornography in his compound
in Pakistan when he was killed in Abottabad 3 weeks ago now.
They say marijuana was cultivated there. They also report of
maps of transportation systems in America on his computer
files. Maybe the Kentucky Special Ops team who killed him
knew that he didn't say "no" to drugs either.

FEDS/NARCS AT HAWAII PORTS

Dear Dino,

This is letter from Fern Fitzgerald. The FEDS are here
to see what has been happening with this illegal,
unenforceable medical marijuana law that Hawaii has
harbored for over a decade.

Recent news reports about drug arrests may be point of
contact to expose the white collar transnational crimes that
usually cover-up drug networks to the advantage of those
professions that learn in academia that they are privilege
to be corrupt for their own sake without consequence.

See Malaqui arrest with police weapon May 9, 2011 Maui
News report in Haiku with crystal meth and 39 marijuana
plants. Where did he obtain this prohibited weapon that
is licensed only to police and never sold to someone with
a drug history? Criminal networks that would operate
even in the presence of "gun control" proposed laws by
lunatic Dems. Dems who use drugs and have more budget
control when there is more addiction in our society given
known profit incentives with risk reduction federal funds.
Dems who use drugs look criminally insane while those
who register and own legal weapons need to know the
boundaries of legal weapon use.

See Aja Domingo from Aiea arrested in the Indianapolis
airport last month carrying heroin. Are they stupid or are
they wanting to be arrested and placed in an institution
where legal record is established? Legal records exist
whether or not attorneys earn money.

Isn't that why attorneys are loving this Prezy's policies to
increase complaints against illegal or questionable laws
like with his Healthcare Reform "legacy"? Now stakeholders
have the courts with attorneys and the press to argue out
if this health care law is even legal. Universal health care
is not happening after two years of debate, get it? It was
a scam. The Prezy lied, there is no universal heath care
in his first term. It just wasted time and energy.

Say "hello" to Killer Dog in Hana and my favorite Mr. Kitty.
Everyone is at risk these days.

Fernie
