UPDATE: DRUG TERROR COLLUSION EXPOSED

Ask any experienced investigator, in particular in law enforcement,
and they will say that the role of law enforcement does not confront
corrupt status quo government agency officials nor do they
understand the in's and out's of how the strings of commerce
manipulates the timely investigation/prosecution of crimes.

Now that investigative efforts rely on "information" technology and
we are conditioned to believe that somewhere, someone is always here
and watching, information is shared in ways that are not always clear.
The public refuses to participate out of fear for retaliatory acts.
Criminal justice agencies claim plausible deniability, that is, they
really didn't know a damn thing because nobody told them a damn thing.

compostpilecontact.blogspot.com and coffeeshopmonster.blogspot.com
are companion blogs to this political statement on politicalpoidog.

The class issue is not an issue that is discussed, it is assumed. If
you have an attorney with a $20,000 retainer fee, or if you have property,
attorneys have perks to support you and save you from the worst even after
you are caught breaking the law. In fact,it may even be profitable for
attorneys to save many others who are friends of yours who also break the
law.

After all, these alleged criminals can always be prosecuted whenever it
is profitable based on the popular movement of opinion. Attorneys are not
all created equal . . . some are tied to those who consider drug use in
the community a great way to control the hearts and minds of the addict.

Get that image of the street whore out of your mind. It is more profitable
to control the heart and minds of those who don't mind being controlled.
The consumer market for certain drugs like meth and cocaine are in the
corporate and professional sector. In a small community like Maui, this
gets very, very incestuous when pushers are not held accountable.

SYMPTOM OF A LARGER PROBLEM

"it's not ethnic profiling, it's about the content of character"

yukie yamada turned off her cell phone since December 19, 2009 due
to ongoing harassment on voice messages and concerns of account privacy.

politicalpoidog has told the truth on record in a multi-pronged,
multi-level manner since 2006. he now has information about likely links between known verifiable drug terror in neighborhoods and small farms on maui. he now knows that the state of Hawaii was absent from participating in Operation Coronado, a 44-month FBI multi-state drug terror investigation reported on today by the justice department. this investigation led to over 1100 arrests in California, Georgia and other states. they also caught over 300 alleged members of Mexican drug cartel network La Familia of Michoacan.

now that mexico has legislated for the legalization of certain drugs, they no longer stand to benefit from working with drug cartels en mass with the huge consumer market in america. they don't need to be part of a commercial fraud network on their telecommunications. yesterday, Yahoo news service released an AP report that there
are drug terror al aqaida links identified in africa. the multi-agency operation would like to bring congress members and other officials up
to date about the collusion between drug terror financing and terror
activities in this country amongst the ideologically corrupt.

relevant information from so-called "intelligence-led" policing networks is likely being withheld by local criminal surveillance network with criminal intelligence contacts at local enforcement and federal investigative agencies about known crime sites. we can surmise that there is a profit-motive to investigate alleged crimes in an illegitimate manner with no legal warrant for eavesdropping, and an even larger profit motive if drug crimes identified are never prosecuted.

if it can be proven that the cities and counties of Hawaii have profited by allowing drug violence to escalate in order to receive risk-reduction funding monies from justice department programs, the office of inspector general and public integrity office will hold them accountable. how is it that maui police chief yabuta's salary is over $120,000/year? mpd assistant chiefs earn over $100,000/year.

karen yukie yamada had proof to put on public record on april 15 2009 at the police commission testimony for selecting the next police chief. her information would have implicated the current police chief for his failure to investigate 1970 Liko Street in 2004-05, a known former crack cocaine house in wailuku. it would have proven email fraud from the police chief's secretary. it would have proven that a former police officer informed residents on Liko Street that their homes were used for "hot houses" to investigate drug crimes. it
would have proven then-police chief phillips lying on paper saying
they had fully investigated my complaints about this site when,
in fact, they never once arrived to the neighborhood to speak with residents.

it would have revealed that vice officer from MPD Jeff Hunt knew
about suspicious car activities at 1970 Liko Street in Happy Valley in
2004-05 before he was murdered in 2007.

internal affairs at mpd illegally banned karen yukie yamada from this
testimony. ask jean, the receptionist from the police commission. ask corporation counsel at maui county. go check out this public record from Hawaii Reporter.

this pattern of neglect and abuse of power leads to public mistrust in local enforcement. over a period of time with overt, repeated, verifiable violations from "intelligence-led" policing is a pattern of systemic malicious contempt and terroristic abuse of power.

since 2008, karen yukie yamada has received voice messages on her cell phone from credit card companies, auto insurance companies and even residents on Maui for a well-known organizer who has been arrested for illegal distribution of of medical marijuana in 2009 on Maui. Her complaint was made to the Federal Trade Commission on September 10, 2009 (reference # 23968930) from a small commercial farm in Hana where she worked and lived. Other work exchange farm laborers used this site to exchange information about marijuana seed distribution from High Times magazine where foreign phone numbers are provided. There is reason to believe that there
was a false information loop spreading rumors that she was involved with clandestine illicit medical marijuana activities while living on rural "ag" properties.

Special investigators from Hana Police assisted her in retrieving her
belongings from this site without further harassment even while knowing her complaints about their chief and assistant chiefs.

see harassment complaint MPD #0970869 from september 15, 2009. check with senator sam slom from the state of hawaii.

karen yukie yamada received another voice message asking for Brian Murphy this past week from Credit Associates of Maui at 808 244-3711. When she called this number from a payphone right next to the paia post office, a female receptionist who could not provide an email address nor website answered the phone. the male agent who left her the message finally spoke with yukie yamada and received her complaint that they are linking her number to someone who should be investigated for terroristic wire fraud activities.

While making this call, a shirtless vagrant sitting in front of the cafe across the street starting shouting at her, swearing at her to park her car in a legal space even though she was perfectly legal. This fellow, "Wes", reputed by cafe employees as someone who "can get you killed in a cane field", claimed that yukie yamada was a "haole", someone who was born on Maui but behaved like someone from the Mainland. Aside from making a statement of fact that we are not condemned to the circumstances of our birth in this country, he presumed to make this fact a reason for terroristic threats and harassment.

"Intelligence-led" policing missed reporting these activities as a
public hazard, no doubt, until a formal complaint from attorneys who can verify intentional neglect on the part of those who can verify that "Wes" is a danger to innocent visitors.

I am not the only person who was born here who acknowledges concern for such violence in daily life. After this incident, I met and spoke with someone who also grew up here on Maui at another cafe in Pukalani. He said that drug-related crimes and/or destruction has impact on his life as well. The insidious damage to a society that has been taken over by the tactics of drug users and distributors was described in an article on Yahoo news a week after Project Coronado was announced. This article described the methods of urban and suburban distribution networks in the Midwest farming communities. For no benefit to themselves, they attempt to force those who live drug-free and corruption-free to be smeared by their self=destruction.

this ain't no game. malicious contempt, failure to demonstrate reasonable care and failure to demonstrate due diligence by officials who were notified since 2004-05 will be made a public example. see politicalpoidog-salon.blogspot.com.
