Today, I called and spoke with my favorite news consort
from Hilo Pacific Radio Group (he doesn't use drugs either)
in the early afternoon. My call was precipitated by the
low-flying helicopters that hovered near where I reside
on Maui. I used my camera to take pictures of them as
they flashed photographs of the underlying scene.
DJ News Director informed me that the Big Island has had
a drug operation called Peaceful Sky Operation to deal
with international drug trafficking there. He agreed
with me, based on his contacts, that current medical
marijuana laws are hazardous to public safety, and with
the recent voting down of an effort to reform this law
marijuana cultivators are subject to federal penalties.
The few growers on "ag" properties that I've spoken with
on Maui seem to believe that they are operating within
the law, or that legislation will soon pass. They are
not able to think through the impact of what happens in
a situation where critical mass hits Maui, meaning the
level of corruption and crimes reaches a point where feds
show up with big guns to take over.
It really is the loss for property owners more than the
loss for attorneys and government officials who stand to
profit when the cash flow is to turn everyone over.
See how it works? Mr. Hilo News Director got an earful
of my experience of having my identity mistaken for other
asian females who actively trade, barter and use drugs
on farm land where my humble existence really was about
learning how to grow food.
My expertise and testimony now has a price for all those
who are involved in this failure to govern scenario.

DRUG TERROR = WIRE TERROR ON MAUI
Democrats who operate the corrupt wire system in Hawaii
are desperate for a Democrat option in my case. I ain't
never ever gonna have anything to do with any card hold-
ing member of any Democrat Party. In Hawaii more than
anywhere, corrupt Democrats were the beneficiaries of the
flawed and abusive counter-terror surveillance policies
from the Bush administration.
They are in denial. No victim needs a corrupt wire for
any process of justice when the victim could prove crimes
and patterns of crimes for years that verified a corrupt
wire/information system run by Democrats.
Hawaii's Congress members can go to hell. They are too
afraid, too passive, too seeped in their owh entitlement
to survive the scrutiny of a serious criminal investiga-
tion about what really happened to Karen Yukie Yamada
since 2001 when she was FALSELY LINKED TO SOVERIEGNTY
GROUPS AND LUNATIC PROGRESSIVE/LIBERAL DEMOCRATS.

Republicans Target US AG Holder
Since being appointed to his US AG's office, Eric Holder
has been targeted by Republicans. It may be a result of
his viewpoints on partisan issues, but during the first
month of his appointment, Mr. Holder made a statement
of leniency for medical marijuana crimes.
Does this mean that medical marijuana advocates and for-
profit professionals are above state laws while providing
this treatment to patients? Obviously not.
Mr. Holder isn't an idiot. Effective criminal justice and
enforcement is necessary to maintain any practice dispens-
ing medical marijuana. If not, we can see more problems
with other illegal substances running the corruption in
our government systems.

Broad Public Hearsay Idiocy
Broad public hearsay in an idiot society increases risks
to everyone. Broad public hearsay is the legal term that
describes what is generally spoken about, thought, felt
and acted on by large numbers of people in a community.
Like harassment or racism, it creates a climate that can
be seen as a pack of dogs, herd of sheep or an energized
sense of purpose.
Broad public hearsay impacts political movements because
of the collective process that influence many to go with
the flow rather than think for themselves or act in any
independent manner.
The broad public hearsay about Dr. Mastrianni is that he
provides a permit substantiating a medical diagnosis to
justify the use of medical marijuana to treat patients
who have certain types of illnesses or ailments. His name
is linked to those who grow marijuana for patients who
have been designated as those who quality for a permit.
One client calls him a consultant who works with primary
physicians to provide options for this treatment. Since
current medical marijuana laws include the "herb" form
of marijuana as well as THC capsules, the question then
is about who runs the dispensary where marijuana can be
picked up in "herb" form.
Medical marijuana and their advocates are now the pawns
of enterprise stakeholders who envision having recreational
boutiques for pot use in addition to medical needs. This
issue is hotly debated within pot advocates and growers.
Do you know who laced your herb today? I am not the #1
enemy of those who are dependent of any drug for quality
of life. I am an advocate for the rights of all, unlike
those who deny my right to live drug-free.

When Laws Increase Crime Everone Loses
Layers of historical failures to enforce laws that are
poorly written create conditions where criminality can
thrive. Debating an issue is ridiculous if efforts to
write that law are negligent or deficient.
According to Maui Time, Maui Weekly and all other papers,
the State Legislature killed bills for medical marijuana,
legalized gambling, honoring cock fighting as a cultural
heritage, etc. Who paid those interns to spend hours in
writing such legislation anyway?
Through hearsay from "ag" property owners, Dr. Mastrianni's
patients on medical marijuana can grow up to 4 plants per
patient on their property and can grow multiple accounts.
From all accounts, they believe that they are acting with-
in the law as property owners. I am guessing this is from
attorneys who represent them.
Well, two weeks ago the medical marijuana law that should
have corrected the decade-old medical marijuana law was
not approved. Now what? Do drug laws matter on in Hawaii
where drug crimes are plentiful?
I've also heard that property owners receive a permit from
the County that gives them the chance to apply for a permit
from the State Narcotics agency. I even spoke to someone
who had parents who worked in the Mainland as federal drug
enforcement officers about his application for medical pot.
Some are clearly in denial about the confluence between
drug trafficking networks and medical marijuana, but those
photographs on the front page of the Maui News in 2008 with
Patients Without Time medical pot advocate Brian Murphy are
convincing that they were arrested for a reason.
Cultivating drug culture networks may be like community life
for the pedestrian user of pot, but the realities of repeated
failures to write, implement and pass viable laws are shown
to have a destructive effect on all sides of the issue.
Impotence has set in. Denial was always a given. Now what?

MAUI TIME - IDENTITY THEFT UPDATED
Update from April 10, 2010 ppd entry:
This past week, I ran into Adrienne Pinsky in Paia.
She is the former founder and Publisher of Haleakala
Times newspaper. I had written for the Haleakala
Times in the Summer/Fall of 2004 during the time I
had volunteered at the Maui Democratic Headquarters
as an inquiring independent voter who recently returned
to live on Maui.
During the few months that I worked as a volunteer,
I wrote weekly email newsletters providing a synopsis
of national platform agenda directives and a listing
of local campaign events featuring Democratic candi-
dates. After this experience, I informed all those
who were of influence in their Party office that I
was cutting off all ties to the Democratic Party.
In any case, I spoke briefly with Adrienne about
her move to the Big Island after her newspaper was
bought, then turned into an internet site. I also
told her of my experience of identity theft, threats
and false representation with the Maui Time internet
site.
She knows Brian Murphy, whose picture was on the front
page of the Maui News in 2008 with other men arrested
for drug crimes, had my phone number with his credit
card and auto insurance companies.
Since Mr. Murphy had had his office in the same
commercial building as the Haleakala Times at a
busy site in Paia, she knew him personally, as did
many other small business owners in this town.
With identity theft in a small community that is
known to have endemic corruption within government
and law enforcement, person-to-person word of mouth
advocacy is the most effective form of information
sharing for crimes involving wire fraud/id theft.
On this same afternoon, I ran into Riki Suarez,
the owner of the Rainbow Hostel in Paia. He also
heard that my name was fraudulently used by some-
one on the Maui Time comment board with regard to
Native Hawaiian Kingdom and drug issues. He and
I met about a year ago when I stayed at his hostel
for a several days.
When proof of id theft and wire fraud is on the
internet, a swift and effective response should be
easy. Not in Hawaii. For Hawaii's own tiny economic
base, ranking 11th in the list of riskiest cyber-
crime states is an accomplishment that no resident
should be proud of.

PROBLEMS WITH LAPTOP APRIL 2010
My lap top was repaired recently by someone who claims
to be a technology expert. He lived on the same property
as personal acquaintance. His experience involves having
worked with the State of Hawaii before retiring.
Several months ago, he worked on my computer from his
home office, hooked this computer up to both his land
line dial-up, then used the wireless that he claims is
incripted for protection.
Since then, I've had some ongoing problems with some
of my intellectual property stolen from two different
blogs, the Honolulu Advertiser and care2.com. I've
also noticed that my Twitter blogs have had irregula-
rities that were reported to the Twitter enforcement
contact.
Since the cable on Maui is known to have been subject
to terror crimes last year, I am wondering if while
adding programs to my computer from his office, there
may be a problem with my system that indicates some
sort of corrupt entity. My guess is that everyone is
having a similar problem on Maui after having hooked
up to a land line dial-up.

MAUI TIME - IDENTITY THEFT
Yesterday, I checked the Maui Times internet news site
from a cafe in Paia. As with Haiku, Paia has a wire
link to another location on liveleak.com. A click on
locality at liveleak.com in Paia goes to Kahului.
Paia wi-fis are in Kahului, imagine that.
The comment section on Maui Time internet site has
a series of letters by not-too-intelligent writers
using my first name, Karen, my last name Yamada but
not "Yukie" which is the only name I use since 2001.
One falsely suggests that I am using illegal drugs.
There is one IDENTITY THEFT writer using my full
name with language similar to what I have written
but since I DO NOT WRITE TO THE MAUI TIME BLOGS,
AND HAVE ONLY CONTACTED THEM WITH INFORMATION TO
SUPPORT MY COMPLAINT ABOUT WIRE TERROR, WIRE FRAUD
CRIMES AND VIOLATIONS THAT INCLUDES LAW ENFORCE-
MENT COMPLICITY.
Most blogs require a registration of users so that
users can be traced back to their source in the event
that terms of use are violated. Most blogs prohibit
the use of violence, foul language and any threats.
Does the Maui Time, and their consumer market under-
stand the power of the web in a positive sense?
Maui Time knows that their newspaper has identified
as progressive in partisan intent. I am not one of
them, they know I do not support their partisan plat-
form, and I do not tolerate drug pushing as a means to
control those who live differently, nor do I tolerate
the Democrat's hypocrisy of only protecting rights of
Democrats.
Defamation of character puts the chill in the blood
and bones of Democrats and their attorneys who tried
to deny, lie, cover-up and diminish my complaints re:
identity theft, privacy violations, fraudulent use
of intellectual property, wire terror with verifiable
networks involved with drug trafficking and harass-
ment since I was FALSELY LINKED TO HAWAIIAN
SOVEREIGNTY IN THE HONOLULU ADVERTISER in 8/01.

THE SKEWER - News Rendition #10
No hypocrits allowed.
No, I am not leading a populist movement, nor have I ever
participated with activists to organize groups. I am work-
ing with those who have always done the correct thing for
the correct reason without denying others their Constitutional
rights. As everyone knows, this excludes partisan hypocrits
with selective moral outrage.
My coffeeshopmonster.blogspot.com internet site includes
a list of news feed renditions to identify and expose the
most corrupt and vile stakeholders in our society of hypo-
crts. #10 is called THE SKEWER, targeting those who are
your best friend only when money for them is a possibility.
Is this the real world? It is only a small percentage of
the real world. Most who have a sense of conscience would
not do the two-faced back stab that is known in most high
level corporate and political systems.
Hawaii may be the exception. They have used systemic forms
of concubinism to force me to work against my own rights
because they are obviously not capable nor intelligent
enough to do it themselves while residing in systems of
control. Others who are indifferent have found that what
happened to me, now happens to them based on their own
indifference to doing what is correct.

FBI TARGETS CORRUPT OFFICIALS
Today, I called a Republican member of the House Appropriations
Committee, Congresswoman Rogers from Kentucky. I called in
support of the good will effort by FBI Assistant Director for
Criminal Investigations. He recently made statements to the
House and Senate Intelligence Committee members about targeting
local, state and federal officials who aid and abet drug crimes.
I called her after reading the FBI press email release about
Kevin Perkins participating in the return of stolen art items
to Peru. These pieces are of priceless cultural value.
My call was to acknowledge that such efforts are necessary
given our failed "war on drugs". This policy failed to address
that the vast consumer market in American corporate culture
is a symbiotic link to an economy of endemic poverty and
forced labor in the production chain of all Andean countries.
Liberal democrats and progressive lunatics who are actively
on record recently trying to legalize drugs in this country
do not consider that all drug policies must reflect the deep
hypocrisy in American drug cultures.
Legalizing drugs in America would condemn all coca farmers
to an endless contract with an addicted society's need to
fulfill their dimming spark, their depression about losing
our economic verve, and that deep, deep unfulfilled longing
for something more.
Aside from the fact that drug trafficking is a known source
of terror financing, these hypocrits looking for infinite love
for all of human kind might be satisfied to know that America
has no choice but to address policies that have held other
nations captive for decades.

Italians Make Hashish Arrest
An Italian internet news site announced the seizure
of 100 kg of hashish in a place called Padua today.
Those implicated are from Morocco. Do you know where
your hashish came from? http://bit.ly/bjabuM see
article posted by Wall Street Journal 3/11/10 about
the arrest of 26 Italian mafia figures in Palermo.
The Brotherhood of Eternal Love, also known as the
Hippie Mafia, were named in drug trafficking crimes
on Maui, California and Oregon in 1972. According to
an article in High Times Magazine, the last of the
brotherhood smuggling network were nabbed last year
in September 2009.
It is reported that their hashish was the largest
pipeline from Kandahar, Afghanistan. This brother-
hood is now facing court trial.

Congress.org: HASHISH PROBLEM ON MAUI
My entry on congress.org to numerous Congress members
last month included my complaint about former State Rep
now former Congressman Ed Case. A Google search under
my name and congress.org results in my letter to Rep.
Jose Serrano from New York.
I wrote to him and others because of their statements
on c-span on July 11,2009. He and other Congress members
exposed the waste from Troubled Asset Relief Program,
the bill that bailed out states from the markets fall.
On this day, a small amount was transferred from one
budget to the Financial Criminal Enforcement Network.
Included were statements from Republicans proposing
a vote of no-confidence of Obama's Economic Advisory
Council.
A pattern of fraud, waste and abuse was obvious from
this $800 billion package. Now we have a trillion $$
health care mammoth gravy train bill that promises all
you ever wanted from the government without addressing
the failures of existing public options upfront.
If you have a live wire, why not listen to what they
really say in Washington DC instead of in residences
where illegal drugs are used with groups representing
State Democrat plans for a vast profit engine with
marijuana and hashish for all. Oh, they absolutely
forgot that hashish is derived from a different place
than most pakalolo herb on Maui.
Congress lives in a faux information system. How would
they know how daily activities are impacted by open use
and cultivation of trade and barter for hashish?
This morning I called the previous land owner where
Kelsey Rae Running Wolf offered me hashish for massage.
He knows that I sent an email informing her of how her
choices as a drug user affects the safety of those who
promote safe, drug-free communities.
Delusional and corrupt systems here perpetuated the
rumor that, being from Pakistan and also in Afghanistan
Afghanistan where we have dying soldiers, hashish has
links to those who operate in finance. whoops. There is
a link between the war on terror and the economy of hash?
It is assumed that finance groups endorse open use of
hash as means of control over law enforcement.
My right to swift law enforcement is relevant to the
entire population. Protecting the rights of criminal
defendants over a period of years over the rights of
those who respect the law leads to drug terror in all
aspects of our lives. After years of not seeing any
consequence to action, drug addicts, pushers and users
think that they are above the law.

choices as a drug user affects the safety of those who
promote safe, drug-free communities.

QUEEN HAS NO CLOTHES
The distinction between true Democrats and true
Republicans narrow political issues to a two-party
system frame of reference. CNN and other cable
news channels have perpetuated this mindless news
approach for decades now.
They say that Democrats fall in love, Republicans
fall in line. You know, it's about the primary
motivation of behavior that is revealed when times
are tough. What really matters?
Being independent in American's two-party system
is like living an endless soap opera where patterns
of dysfunction are rarely dismantled. Most Americans
are independent, that is why they don't vote. Take
a look at how many Americans don't vote.
I've noticed that Republicans punish and eject any
Republican that is caught with his pants down, so to
speak. Democrats only do so when it is profitable.
They ask, what is wrong with having one's pants down
while others are watching?
Speaking of partisan abuses in my case is easy. I did
not miss any hoops in any system of power over 9 years
in making my complaint. However, I am not a liar and
hoop-makers in Hawaii require lies in order to pursue
a terror case that impacts public safety.
Even the ACLU in Honolulu knows they are living in a
transparent veil of hypocrisy. In 2004, the national
ACLU website had information about how to organize
events to promote "safe houses" in light of policies
that violate privacy of citizens. Yet, when my own
complaints implicated Democrats and Democrat commercial
stakeholders, they were not interested in representing
my complaint about invasive surveillance.
My complaint was an opportunity for Democrats to build
a platform against policies such as Talon by Pentagon
officials that used local so-called intelligence groups
on the ground to collect information about suspects in
their community. Talon was exposed appropriately as
having too many abuses by New Yorkers in early 2006.
By September 2007, Talon was dismantled as reported in
the Wall Street Journal.
Maybe Democrats made more money by allowing Talon to
operate on the ground on Maui in known drug towns. It
is possible the Honolulu ACLU are idiots. The Onion's
internet site has an article about the ACLU defending
Nazi's right to attack the ACLU headquarters. haha.
Now Honolulu ACLU makes complaints on behalf of girl's
sports. Girls have to play softball on dirt fields while
boys have a nice professional field. Go read the Maui
News, I swear, they have too much time on their hands.
Their website even lists an announcement 2 months ago
protecting the rights of those dependent on medical
marijuana, but I bet they don't think that there is a
connection between drug crimes and those who dispense
medical marijuana, do they?
Today, the ACLU press release with Hawaii Public Radio
is about defending the rights of residents in Kalihi to
live free from violence. Kalihi being an old neighbor-
hood with established local residences where drug crimes
are known to frequent. Only residents in Kalihi who are
ignorant, uneducated and dependent get representation by
liberal Democrats who live on trust funds?
And another thing, my former housemate, a first generation
filopino educated at Yale and Berkeley who was awarded the
the seat in the State House last year after Bob Nakasone died
a month after being re-elected, here-to-forth known as one
more corrupt Hawaii Democrat made the news this past week,
Gil Agaran. Yeah, he was nominated by the Hawaii Democratic
Party as per their by-laws after the death of a sitting
official and approved by Governor Lingle.
While in private law practice on Maui, while serving as a
board member at Maui Memorial Hospital and while serving as
a State Representative, he went on record supporting cock
fighting as a cultural heritage.
Cock fighting, now a felony crime, is a known cultural practice
with filopinos who are allegedly connected to (ooh) organized
criminal groups who traffick crystal meth like the ones who
operated at Liko St. in Happy Valley when we were housemates
and where I made repeated complaints about suspicious car
activities that were substantiated by other neighbors.
Com'on Democrats, falling in love for you is about only
one thing. Fulfilling that deep unfulfilled need for a
connection that makes you feel whole, and when someone
is rich and famous, those love bugs are out of control.
Your worst possible nightmare is upon you, Democrats, who
profit from political slavery, I am not a Republican but
they know who I am, and they know what I've done.

HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE, DOCTORS?
Speaking of criminal conspiracies to cultivate open use
of illegal drugs in a state like Hawaii where those who
create conditions for drug crimes receive preferential
treatment by agencies, even law enforcement . . .
It is all about money, after all. In light of this past
year's "victorious" health care reform, physicians know
that it really is all about protecting their control of
certain strings of commerce in their pulverized profess-
ional sector. Now that doctors are mere cogs in the wheel
of a vast profit engine for pharmaceuticals and insurance
companies, they act and feel like victims.
What was that "hypocritical oath" about that physicians
take when they receive the entitlement of their honorable
profession to protect human life and the dignity of life?
I know many doctors in Hawaii have been frustrated. They
try, and try and try to get satisfaction in fulfilling
this hypocritic, I mean hippocratic oath but alas, remain
frustrated, bitter and disempowered by Hawaii's commitment
to mediocrity.
Even local eateries and bars are subject to the same type
of swarm for those promoting illegal drugs openly. I just
spoke with a female employee at the bar where I regularly
sit and chat. I called to say that yesterday a male patron
sat at the bar reeking of pakalolo or hashish, smiling like
he was looking for social contact with their bartender.
This is a public establishment where others, like myself,
who advocate for a drug-free and safe community should feel
that we are free to live within the boundaries of the law
without being slandered, harassed and targeted. We know
the "white collar" crimes associated with impeding drug
crime investigation, and we know the professional groups
who willfully use laws to the advantage of "white collar"
drug users.
Some have nothing to hide, obviously. They feel free and
safe to use illegal drugs in public places. Others have
been hiding behind a transparent veil of hypocrisy.
Wait until the "victorious" health care reform starts to
be implemented and examined line-by-line, Democrats.

R U CORRUPT? R U a LIAR?
Yesterday, I visited the web page of Hawaii Reporter, a
news site that has access to public records from certain
government agencies. Malia Zimmerman's photograph greets
all viewers of her news site.
In past years, I called Malia about my advocacy effort
to expose government and police corruption. When I saw
this photo yesterday, I called her from the Makawao Postal
Shop to let her know that my previous politicalpoidog blog
entry BLONDIE MATINEE in no way made reference to her.
In fact, I am on record saying that not all blondes are
created equal.
Knowing Malia, she did not spin off into victim-like
indignation about being a beautiful blonde herself as
is demonstrated on her website: Hawaii Reporter.
I wanted her to know that politicalpoidog took over
exposing police corruption with State Democrats since
TOEJAM BLITZ REPORT, my other advocacy newsletter, is
targeting abuses within health care systems of Hawaii.
TOEJAM BLITZ REPORT will have as much fun as ppd.
Yesterday proved my point about corrupt and paranoid
behavior on the part of those who may be facing some
scrutiny due to the issue of medical marijuana. It also
proves my point that MPD gives preferential treatment
to those who are linked to Democrat stakeholders in
Hawaii, in particular with regard to drug crimes.
At 5:07 pm yesterday, I received a call from a cop
from 572-8546. This officer, pert and polite, informed
me that Dr. Matrianni's office made a complaint that
I had harassed them by requesting a time to meet person-
to-person with their office Manager, Suzie Mastrianni.
The only reason I made this call to them yesterday at
5pm or so, is because their when I visited their office
yesterday morning, their receptionist invited me to
meet with Suzie today.
This swift response by MPD to make a false accusation
on behalf of Mastianni & Mastrianni about my efforts
for personal and public advocacy is a crime. During my
visit to their office, I emphasized that I was not seeking
any names of clients they may have or had with medical
marijuana. I merely wanted to clarify their policies and
practices for dispensing medical marijuana to their clients.
I made clear in my voice messages to their office nurse,
Joanne, that my phone number and name have been falsely
linked to criminal drug activities and to Brian Murphy,
who was arrested in 2008 for drug crimes, as reported
on the front page of the Maui News in 2009.
My intent to contact them was to advocate for my own
protection since no one from the Democratic Party group
advocating for medical marijuana seems to take seriously
terror crimes that target those who live drug-free and
who believe they also deserve swift responses from MPD.
After all, I don't know who Mastrianni is. Makawao is
an awfully small town, and I would like to know who they
are and make sure they know who I am. Yes, they have
my blog site, politicalpoidog-contact.blogspot.com
I am seeking an attorney for this incident. It could
be lucrative, wink-wink. Anyone with a conflict of
interest is disqualified, of course. I am not a liar.
R U a LIAR?
My call to 244-6400 while sitting in my car in front
of the Postal Shop was recorded today. The receptionist
who spoke with me received my message that the officer
that made a complaint based on false information and
hearsay broke the law, as did the physician's office.
This receptionist recommended that I speak with her
supervisor who obviously has a conflict of interest.
Not well-trained in matters of misconduct, and in
my case a systemic pattern of intimidation.
Maui residents should be afraid.
