BLONDIE MATINEE AT MPD

Today's Maui News front page has a photograph of fallen
vice police officer Allison Moore who is facing a 25-count
indictment including tampering with evidence, promotion
of a dangerous drug (crystal meth) and forgery. She was
found in New Mexico after posting $150,000 bail.

Police Chief Yabuta's quote in today's paper appears to
suggest that he is soft on platinum blondes. He says:
"She obviously has some deep-seeded personal problems"
and that it would be "unethical" to make any further
comment about this matter.

While he meant "deep-seated problems", we understand
that cops often protect crooked cops, but com'on Yabuta.
What personal problems does he refer to? The paper also
reports that Moore is planning to attend rehabilitation
on Oahu then look for employment.

Talk about cultivating conditions for drug cultures.
Soft of drug crimes with cops isn't the way to go given
the deep-seated problems with drug corruption on Maui.
Did he miss that report on April 15th 2009 by the myste-
rious "Clark" who advertised on the back-page of the
Maui Time for tips about crooked cops doing meth?

I called and spoke with two receptionists at the office
of Dr. Mastrianni today. There is hearsay that he has
in the past issued medical marijuana permits. Both of
his receptionists did not quite get the issue straight
about legalities, yet they claimed that medical pot is
still legal in Hawaii. They made reference to a State
sponsored website about medical marijuana laws.

Yabuta may be soft on blondes, but he says that medical
pot federal laws prevail with Maui Police Department. He
said this on the front page of the Maui News last month.

Anyone with two brain cells knows that while New Jersey
and California have medical marijuana laws, these states
have active and effective criminal justice systems to
enforce violations/abuses of laws, unlike Maui. Even
Clark County (Las Vegas) enforces illegal drug laws.

Blondie matinees are the course for the day. I called
officials to report my own experience of having been
targeted by drug networks in the past because I am on
record advocating for a drug-free community.

I cited statements by a former classmate of mine from
way back when who became a police officer with MPD. His
statement while in uniform to me was that MPD functione
like Gomer Pyle, lacking in understanding of what white
collar crimes are. He even said that when a crime can
be proven and verified this crime will never be taken
seriously without the "right connections".

This Gomer Pyle will never receive his pension, just like
Yabuta now that he has exposed his own tender sensitivity
for a female police officer who has created conditions
for all on Maui to be at risk for drug terror.

This guy actually testified on April 15th at the Police
Commission as a candidate for the Police Chief's job.
No, it ain't Yabuta. Go look it up yourselves and tell
it to the news feed at InjusticeEverywhere.com.

Don't they know that there is open trade and barter of
drugs known to their "not-so-intelligence" surveillance
networks? I recently gave a low-priced massage to a
20-something year old Native American female who claims
that during college, she grew and sold pot to survive and
got addicted to coke. She then offered me hash after the
massage. I just said "no thanks."

She was scheduled to return to Oregon last month but
since she shopped at the same small businesses as I did
it was necessary to disentangle any false impression that
I had any type of direct association with her. A waste of
time and resources. Get my drift?

Enforcement Required with Illegal Immigrants

As per my entry about Hana Herbs and Flowers where they
used illegal workers who regularly used illegal drugs
openly in a community space last Summer and Fall when
I lived there. My complaints as per my previous entry
were made repeatedly to all relevant individuals in
Hana, in Hawaii and Maui Police Department.

Why Hawaii does not enforce laws about illegal immi-
grants who work on small farms using illegal drugs is
because they are more valuable to those who have access
to information in these sites. In Hana, drugs=$$.

These workers were from Cyprus, the Netherlands and
Slovakia and all were educated enough to know what
the laws are in Hawaii. One had a relationship that
continued for several years. Others stayed only for
a week for work exchange.

Immigration and Naturalization Service should know
that these incidents increases violence and drug
crimes in small rural "ag" properties that adver-
tise in Edible Hawaii.

Illegal immigrants who are used for slave labor
should call the Human Trafficking Hotline as I have
from Haiku phone 808 575-9803 recently and from
808 572-9152 to report links between trafficking
illegal drugs and other types of abuses.

Harassment at Haz Beans Cafe Paia

Today while walking in Paia, one of the proprietors
of Haz Beans Cafe Postal Shop approached me on her
pink motor scooter in the street. She claims that
she had no idea that I had discontinued my mail from
their site after being threatened by "Wes", a shirt-
less vagrant who rides his bike on Baldwin Avenue.

Since it was her employee, Terrence Vierra, who told
me that "Wes" threatens lives with criminal agents
when I tried to speak with him on the day that he
made a FALSE ACCUSATION while sitting in front of
their cafe. He stood in the cafe speaking with Jill
or Jen with others who know me. Her statement that
she doesn't care what "Wes" does implicates her
for negligence.

It is this type of negligence "duh, i dunno what is
going on" that aids and abets the most violent types
of drug/criminal offenders in this community.

Having most of Haz Beans cash flow is from mail service
service has a price. After all, the US Post Master
has standards, rules and laws that make it possible
for private vendors to make a living from mail.

Liar, liar for these two women from San Francisco
who run a mail/internet cafe with an attorney lease
holder who runs his office out of Paia.

The US Criminal Division has heard from me since
2008 about mail fraud before Alan Cooperstein sold
his private vendor mail service to Jen and JIll in
Paia Haz Beans Cafe.

They should care who their patrons are, and they
will be held accountable if their employees or any
person who earns gainful income with them has violated
laws that increase risks to others.

As Paia Post Office recommends, all suspicious acts
that may suggest mail tampering or fraud should be
reported appropriately as I have on their recommenda-
tion to the Criminal Investigative Division of the
US Post Master.

Pinochio Squash in the Lollipop Lounge

On Friday, March 26th, the FBI email press release gave
an instructional excerpt from Patrick Bohrer, FBI special
agent against PUBLIC CORRUPTION in government systems.
His statements build a case for targeting corruption in
government based on its impact on domestic security.

Cause and effect, get it? Corrupt government officials
in a robot civic sector leads to corrupt citizens who
vote for corrupt officials for their own gain.

The Chicago Tribune, a former newspaper now an internet
news site, wrote insightful full-disclosure articles in
2008 and 2009 about the complexity of corruption in their
own government. Relationships between public officials,
real estate businesses, government contractors for trans-
portation and the "squeeze" put on by those who are then
appointed to government commissions and boards were all
exposed in detail.

When former Illinois Governor Blagojevich was impeached
in early 2009, it was the result of an investigation by
Special Federal Prosecutor Fitzgerald who was alerted of
this pattern of misconduct by an Illinois Legislator. All
this in a town known for their gangster-like character
Checks and balances count when other government officials
and citizens take action.

Hey-hey Pinochio, the shake down is on you.

Maui Time newspaper heard from Yukie Yamada today about
the San Francisco Bay Guardian article about racketeering
in SF City and County that provided options and political
squeeze on individuals who may not believe that the law
actually matters in public rights and safety.

Racketeering Charges Against SFPD - ABC

I checked Injustice Everywhere's news feed about police
corruption yesterday at the Makawao Postal Shop. Breaking
news about racketeering crimes by "rogue" investigators
with SFPD and their Alcohol Commission in San Francisco
night clubs, like the DNA Lounge and Slims, were listed.

Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations laws targetd
organized crime in government and the private sector. It
is no secret that organized criminal influences are found
in most corrupt government sectors. The Bay Area attorney,
Mark Webb, is targeting "gangster-like- behavior by those
investigators.

During the almost 20 years that I lived and worked in the
SF Bay Area, I had only a few incidents that required law
enforcement until my complaint to the Hate Crimes Division
in 2004 about harassment in neighborhoods where I lived.

One incident worth mentioning that could be considered a
potential hate crime happened at a well-used bus stop near
Mt. Zion of UCSF where I had worked as a per diem ICU
RN many years.

While waiting with other bus users, a white middle-aged
white male wearing non-descript casual clothing approached
me and said, "You Chinese are so ugly". Being Japanese
American, I turned to him and asked, "Are you talking to
me?" He then took out a disposable camera from a white
plastic grocery-type bag and snapped my photograph.

He continued walking rapidly down the block, turned the
corner around the Thai restaurant and disappeared. I
followed him to the corner watched him walk rapidly down
the street, then went into the restaurant to use their
phone to make a 911 call.

I waited almost a half-hour, went back to call 911 again
from the same phone. They reported some incident that
required urgent action in another neighborhood. A police
patrol showed up almost 40 minutes later at this site.
The officer stayed in his car when I identified myself.

He asked the same questions as the 911 dispatch about
what had occurred, asking again for a description of this
male person. I asked why I needed to say the same thing
again when I had said this twice over the phone. He said
that they did not have a connection between their car
screen and 911 dispatch.

He then walked out of his patrol car to my side and
asked if the person was about his height and weight.
I continued to complain about waiting for 40 minutes
while this perpetrator was around the corner.

He offered me a ride around the block to see if I
could identify him saying that while no crime took
place, my experience could be described as a potential
hate crime. He said he could write a formal complaint
with a reference number, and if I ever saw him again
in San Francisco, I could call 911 with this referral #
and a police would arrive to peruse the site without
having to speak with me.

He then drove me back to my apartment. During this
drive he suggested that if I knew any artists, I could
have a sketch done to be disseminated to small merchants
in the area where this took place since it was a regular
bus route for me and others.

He shared that being Mexican American, he was some-
times identified as Arab American and targeted with
hate crimes himself.

This is a positive response on the streets of San
Francisco in an imperfect system. Hate crimes that
target an individual for race, sex, sexual orienta-
tion or religion are felony offenses and taken very
seriously by San Francisco City and County.

My hate crimes complaint in 2004 included neighbor-
hoods with a high pedestrian flow, including Richmond
area or "little Chinatown", Haight-Ashbury and the
Mission district. One complaint I made while living
in Richmond was a frequent flow of vehicles in front
of our rental apartment building with only a few
vehicles that were there regularly.

Sometimes, the vehicles changed every 10-15 minutes,
with young white males and Chinese or Taiwanese look-
ing immigrants driving, parking, driving parking.
A male from the second floor apartment, a few home
down from where I lived once called out to me as I
walked past his window, "hey, your window is wide
open." I didn't speak with him, but noticed that he
and another white male walking on my street once
or twice.

Half a block away, Angelina's Deli, a cafe where all
upper middle-class patron frequented is a site where
"men in black coats" arrived one day. My housemate,
a federal police officer, said they were from the
Secret Service because of the way they dressed and
asked questions.

I started taking pictures of the cars in front of
my apartment with disposable cameras. Some cars were
vintage, brightly-colored cars, some were ordinary
vans and sedans.

I had maybe 5-6 cameras. I left them at 1970 Liko
Street in safe in my former corrupt/criminal housemate,
here-to-forth-known as State Whore Katherine Keith.

At the time, my housemates were heavy drinkers, but
no one used illegal drugs. Since this SF neighborhood
is well-groomed with a school yard nearby, there was no
active threat despite these suspicious car activities.

This site was named in my Hate Crimes complaint because
it was the site where I lived after making my original
complaint to the FBI and other City officials.

Many don't understand what is entailed with RICO,
Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations laws.
The public in San Francisco should be aggressive in
rooting out any type of influence that allows abuses
by vigilante law enforcement agents.

I wrote a preliminary script, "The Pimps of Angelina's
Deli" while living in another home in the Richmond
in 2004. This script, about the perversity of traffick-
ing privacy from an erotica workshop for permanently
disabled male veterans by an underground system at a
Veteran's Hospital for clandestine night clubs, was
stolen from my HP lap top in 2004.

Nobody needs a criminal wire with Twitter

Gotta love Twitter, don't ya?

The commercial news engine has been pumping the issue of
decriminalizing marijuana, as well as medical marijuana.
Even a non-drug user like me has to conclude that those
who are committed to the herb are soon going to be buying
their joints from Nabisco or Glaxo-Smith-Kline pharmaceu-
tical. Don't they get it?

It'll even be Genetically Modified "herb" wrapped in a
recycled rolling paper brand, taxed and of course, totally
regulated just like all psychoactives.

Maui Time has important information this week in the
Coconut Wireless about recent events on Maui. Names and
dates are provided about pro-decriminalize-drug officers
of the law (maybe not for much longer), and by those who
see the Devil in this effort (Los Angeles Police/Narcotic
Officers).

CNN had a ticker tape alert yesterday about California
making a major push for legalizing marijuana into an upper
class consumption industry like the wine country in Napa.
AP article in today's Maui News sounds like another gravy
train rendition on the public.

"you may inhale" will be next campaign bumper sticker,
along with "who laced your herb today?" by adversaries of
this faux public relations campaign to glamorize illegal
drugs for profit.

This is not a test, this is what I heard, read and saw
in the past two days.

PROBLEM: NOT-SO-INTELLIGENCE POLICING

Today, I made a few distress calls to Republican Hawaii
Senator Sam Slom after speaking with Officer Platte on
Kokomo Road in Haiku. Senator Slom knows first-hand
that Officer Platte was one of the initial cops in Hana
who responded to my complaint about drug terror while I
lived and worked at Hana Herbs and Flowers.

Officer Platte and one other officer met me after my
call to Hana Police last Fall about a deranged male farm
worker at Hana Herbs and Flowers made threats after I
refused to participate with open drug use in a shared
kitchen space with other workers. It was in this kitchen
that workers smoked weed almost daily to the knowledge
of the daughter of Hana Herbs and Flowers, and where
they left zip lock bags of marijuana and cannabis seed
literature on the table. Workers included Europeans
from the Netherlands, Cyprus and Slovakia.

My complaint to Officer Platte and his colleague was
made at Hana Gas Station, the only place where residents
could purchase gasoline. I made calls from this site
frequently to the police because there are visible
security cameras there.

On one occasion, while I used this phone to continue
my complaint process, I noticed a male Hana resident
making a statement about abuse from the pay phone next
to mine. It is a known place for calls to be made.

It was from this phone that I called Geico to complain
about the voice messages I received looking for Brian
Murphy about his car insurance. It was also from this
phone that I made calls to my own car insurance company
to describe my own financial hardship due to my status
as a terror crime victim.

My call to Senator Slom reiterated my complaint that
while I have never intentionally broken the law, I am
still subject to harassment and criminal neglect from
institutional powers who ARE BEHOLDEN TO PROTECT
PUBLIC SAFETY AND ARE PAID TO DO SO.

My frequent emails from Hana were made from the Hana
Public Library, another place where there are visible
cameras. During this time in Hana, from July-September,
2009 there were many who knew of my complaints about
drug crimes from my emails, including those who worked
at the Library.

Problems with "not-so-intelligence" policing is that
on Maui, it is so much more profitable to create and
cover-up crimes than to report them, even in taxpayer
paid institutions. Few would deny the fact that drug
crimes have been plaguing Hana for decades due to the
failure for crimes to be reported, investigated and
prosecuted.

Even one of the land-share property tenant-in-common
next to Hana Herbs and Flowers joined in the
regular drug fest with the workers. He is a well-known
in Hana for his deranged behavior as a one-legged
former fire fighter who readily believes it is his
right to use illegal drugs, like some dead-already
former fire fighters.

Get it? There is a problem with "not-so-intelligent
policing" when it leads to targeting victims rather than
those who perpetuate drug terror crimes.

News Feed Problems in a Borderless Reality

Yesterday, while surfing through Twitter account profiles
I found a strange connection. An account from Tokyo listed
the name of a website where police corruption/misconduct
can be reported to a database in America. This website,
just one component of a larger project, is appropriately
called Injustice Everywhere.

You have to know how to configure your news release into
twitter-type "packets" then link it into their site. Ask
Maui Time about how to do this.

Why Tokyo has a link to this news feed site is unknown.
Maybe too many Japanese tourists are being mugged, robbed
and raped here in Hawaii with crummy police response. Tell
Mr. Templeton from Peer News in Honolulu that their
"no advertising" concept might consider a news link about
police corruption for tourists and residents.

Timing is key in reporting corruption/misconduct, after
all, it is almost like reporting drug crimes. Crimes that
are created for a closed loop of stakeholders result in
money laundering networks. News feeds are also subject to
being hijacked.

In April 2009, Maui Time newspaper listed on their back
page classified an ad for reporting "meth crimes" on the
part of Maui Police Department. I called this number a
number of times from a payphone near a sandwich shop in
Haiku and from my own cell phone.

The fellow who answered said that he would email confirm-
ation of our contact. He called himself "Clark" and told
me that he was involved with investigating reports that
police officers took unmarked bills to cover up an ice
lab drug site in Hana.

Strangely, his email sent another phone number that had
no answering message. The email also listed another name
rather than "Clark". The email address he told me did
correspond with the one received, an email address he had
made up: NatPoliceNet@aol.com. He said there really was
no such agency.

He said that his news contact was at the Maui Time, and
that information received from calls were forwarded with
this news paper contact. He also claimed that his law
enforcement contact was from MPD Vice Division. I call
this money laundering.

His last phone message to me said that he had testified
at the Police Commission's public testimony meeting held
in MPD building in the Police Chief's Library. This
testimony on April 15, 2009 was held to receive feedback
about selection of our next police chief.

Clark said that he was headed back to his "secret hide
away" place, presumedly near Honokowai on West Maui. He
said that as an independent journalist, he worked at a
hotel for pocket change.

As per my previous blogs, I attempted to testify but
was told twice by Jean at the Police Commission that
she received and took instructions from MPD Internal
Affairs to ban me from this testimony. She did not seem
to know that the Police Commission's only purpose is to
investigate police corruption/misconduct.

The Mayor's office, Maui's Corporation Council and a
few press members heard about this incident repeatedly
from me. It is system that does not function in serv-
ing the public, nor do they want verifiable information
that can prove our current Police Chief, as well as
former Police Chief Phillips were compromised to a
high degree in my complaint.

Maui Police Department appears to be run by those who
have something to hide. But isn't the cover-up always
the easiest to prove?

Using Twitter profile accounts to integrate into news
media contacts in a confidential manner has helped me
report this type of systemic terror and intimidation.
Unfortunately, the public is conditioned into accept-
ing this type of terror from law enforcement and from
corrupt officials in Hawaii.

I was just relating this story to someone on the phone
yesterday after he mentioned an incident reported by the
Maui News this past weekend about a former female police
officer from MPD with cervical cancer who was arrested
for crimes while in another state for extradition.

The website found to report police corruption/misconduct
should receive support without intimidation from those
"intelligence-led" totalitarian FBI agents running with
the usual commercial stakeholders who regularly make
money by covering up fraud, waste, abuse and violent
crimes in the community.

It's about the content of your blog . . . get it?

Requests for background on hate crimes reported in San Francisco
after a copy of my complaint to former Hawaii US Attorney Ed Kubo
was found missing in the San Francisco Human Rights Office in
August/September 2003 . . .

My complaint at the SF Human Rights Commission's monthly public
testimony took place while I lived near the Masonic/Geary transit
line. From the land line phone and my cell phone I called, wrote
and hand-delivered complaints to Senator Diane Feinstein, Mayor
Willie Brown's Community Services, the SF US Attorney General's
office and SF FBI.

My visit to the SF US AG's office was received and stamped with
date/time. My visit to the FBI office resulted in two meetings
with "day" agents. The first agent was white, over-weight in
the gut, sat with a slouch while wearing a short sleeve light-
colored cotto shirt. He took me to a small room slightly around
the corner from the lobby waiting area where we spoke briefly.

After this meeting, I called back to complain about wanting to
speak with another day agent with the FBI. I returned the next
day and spoke with "Brian", who said that he was the day agent.

"Brian" was blond anglo-saxon, not-too-tall, well-spoken and
had a silky-cushioned demeanor. He wore a fine casual black
jacket and was accompanied by a younger white male trainee
who wore a short sleeve light-colored cotton shirt.

They sat with me in the lobby area in full view of anyone who
entered from the elevators and in full view of the reception-
ist. He asked questions briefly about my initial complaints
from when I lived near Kahuku in a small adjacent town named
Hauula in 2002 and worked at Laie Elementary School with a
fragile child registry contract as an RN.

While some of my stolen material from the SF Human Rights
Office were never recovered, I left copies on these complaints
in an unpaid safety deposit box at Bank of America in the
Castro neighborhood after I established my complaint through
an SFPD Assistant Chief who was referred to me by Cathy Garza,
then aide to Supervisor Gavin Newsom. Given my complaints, I
wanted to leave a trail of information with former personal
associations in the event of my demise.

The contents of this box were sent to their Safety Deposit
center in North Carolina sometime in 2006 or 2007 as per the
letter sent to me from Bank of America.

It is likely that the contents that were stolen had been
evaluated for detail and legitimacy. Former US AG Kubo's
call to Ed Illumin from SFHRC in 2003 saying that there
were no risks to my privacy and safety in Hawaii was passed
on me per phone by Ed Illumin. Liar, liar former USAG Kubo.

Liar, liar is the name of my article about this to Hawaii
Business magazine cowards in December 2009 after my Twitter
blog went into the public sphere online.

Medical Marijuana is Illegal in Hawaii March 2010

For the record, a couple of months ago the Maui Time, a small
independent partisan weekly, had a cover story about the issue
of legalizing drugs. That week, I did a Google search under
my full name and found my full name listed with this edition
of the Maui Time even if the editorial content of Coconut
Wireless made no mention of me.

This wire fraud was reported to the Honolulu Advertiser and
the Maui Time paper. This false link to the Maui Time on a
Google search engine does not suggest criminality on the part
of their Editor Jacob Schafer.

What this does, however, is increase false public perception
that I am in support of legalizing drugs. As with my complaint
to the Federal Trade Commission 2009,my cell number was used for
over a year by Credit Card companies, Auto Insurance companies
and residents looking for Brian Murphy, a Paia resident that
was arrested for illegal drugs while having promoted himself
as a medical marijuana dispensary.

In Spring 2009, I had person-to-person contact with the
disbarred attorney who claims to have represented Mr. Murphy.
Burt Gould and I had contact because I was caring for his
former spouse's disabled sister. Mr. Gould is someone who
is proud to say he can break any contract/agreement at any
time and readily shares that he represented psychologists
who were charged for sexual abuse in their practices.

This week's Maui Time mentions SB 2213, the bill that would
allow dispensaries in Maui County to establish fees and taxes
for dispensing medical marijuana. This bill attempts to add
corrections to the previous medical marijuana legislation
passed in Hawaii a few years ago.

Governor Lingle will veto this bill, not only because there
is inadequate criminal justice mechanisms for enforcement,
but also because Lingle is a Republican, not a Democrat. We
should see if she knows how to say "no" to drugs herself.

I do not support any type of legalization of drugs while
drug terrorists and addicts pervade daily life with
their sense of arrogance that we should all inhale in the
same public room, space or restaurant while drugs are
obtained by criminal and corrupt networks.

During the early 90's, while I worked in San Francisco as
a Critical Care RN, a co-worker who was HIV+ qualified for
a pass to the Cannabis Club. The Cannabis Club provided an
array of choices displayed in glass jars and sweets with
pot for those who were members.

I think this place was shut down due to illegal traffick-
ing activities, perhaps of other illicit substances in
recent years. It may have been on ABC News in 2006-2007
with a major Green Harvest in Humbolt and Mendocino
Counties in Norther California.

Dems are saying revenue and micro-enterprises will serve
the public's interest and support those who are in need
of this drug for psychological or physical treatment. If
you take a look at supporters in the Hawaii Democratic
Party, you may understand that they don't want to admit
that our law enforcement and criminal justice systems
have reached a point of crisis. Soft on crime, eh?

At this time, medical marijuana is illegal in Hawaii.
I know some who dispute that an "herb" could be illegal
The current law, passed 10 years ago, is uneforceable,
making the federal law intact given security threats
that have emerged with drug violence at the border
with Mexico, and due to links with al Quaeda.

Some are discriminating. They say that anyone who is
not an herb" smoking friend has some type of problem.
These are dangerous statements. Psychoactive states
are not equivalent to spiritual knowledge. Psycho-
active states in strict ritualistic settings have
provided the access to knowledge outside our waking
consciousness, but these experiences are limited to
those who practice rigorous discipline in a specific
context. They were not addicts looking for escape.

Besides, some of us just don't need drugs to live the
sacred in every minute everyday of the year. haha.

Target: Violent Radicalization in our Communties

Today's FBI press release is a statement from the Community
Relations and Office of Public Affairs from the FBI to Congressional
House Chair of Department of Homeland Security, Jane Harman. He
spoke before the Los Angeles Sherrif's Department and DHS members.

His statement acknowledges what we have known for decades,
that there are conditions that create violence in our communities,
in particular youth groups. Factors that increase violence are:

THE ABSENCE OF TIMELY, EFFECTIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT ACTION

THE ABSENCE OF TIMELY CRIMINAL PROSECUTION

ONGOING PERCEPTION THAT YOU CAN CREATE VIOLENCE WITH
DRUG NETWORKS TO GET MORE MONEY FOR YOUR FAVORITE
NON-PROFIT THROUGH RISK-REDUCTION FUNDING

They are now targeting "violent radicalization". Obviously, ignorance,
poverty and CORRUPT GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS are the causes for
youth to choose power exertion with simplistic personal need
for violence. The culture of disempowerment will only be dismantled
when there are cause and effect expectations. Fear of incarceration
does change behavior in most adults, even those who appear delusional.

In August 2009, two officers from Honolulu Police Department, both
from Special Units, were arrested in Las Vegas for drug crimes while
they participated in a softball game. See youtube.com and Honolulu
Advertiser for this report, and a major drug bust a week later in
a Kahului warehouse as reported in the Maui News.

Aggressive, active discussion is needed to educate the public about
the operational realities of surveillance technologies, especially in
the hands of drug networks and white collar professionals. There is
no community trust when the FBI fails to discuss the potential for
totalitarianism based on the deeply flawed and deficient counter-
terror laws with the Patriot Act from post 9-11 hysteria about attack
on our homeland.

Outreach is bullshit when everyone knows that someone who has
clandestine, unchecked power is present to make money with manipu-
lation of the strings of commerce. In fact, information derived from
such spying is always used to advance damage for profit, ask any
attorney about their ability to increase pain and suffering for
their big, fat litigation check.

When intelligence is shared between agencies, there must be
parameters to prevent the usual "more is better" corruption. Today's
statement looks like its out of the textbook from the 1970's from
San Francisco's devoted public servant academics who never bothered
to see of their policies resulted in reducing violence and drugs.

Outreach in a corrupt system leads to dead people, many of whom
may be with entitlement disability funds or welfare. After a recipient
dies, where does their federal monies go? Does it stay in the state
coffers for another two years because the death went unreported?

Just think about a government sponsored health care system implemented
by a corrupt, totalitarian place like Hawaii? How would you like
drooling fangs to have direct access to your private health records
during hardship?

Multi-level Institutional Contempt Exposed - updated

Today, I used my cell phone to call Maui Police Department. This is
the third or fourth time I've called this number in the past couple of
weeks. After my first call a female attendant who provide me a
complaint number, 6457 for future reference. When I called
the same line, at 244-6400 today, a male attendant said that the
line was a "holding line" and he provided another number for Crime
Stoppers, a non-profit, anonymous line for victims.

During my conversation with this male attendant, I provided the
names of two known female drug user tenants who exhibited
disintegrating, hostile and volatile behavior related to drug
use on this property where I worked.

One claimed a medical disability, saying she had a terminal spinal
tumor, and the other, Laura T. Sharpe, received an HUD subsidy that
may have been for a claim of psychological disability. I made this
call due to concerns of slander of my reputation by those who target
law abiding, non-drug users to create hostility.

I attempted to call Crime Stoppers at 808 242-6966 and report a
known male schizophrenic who lives and works on this same property.
My guess is that Crime Stoppers has a background check capability
that integrates with a database of violent offenders.

"Larry", the male attendant at Crime Stoppers said that they do not
make anonymous criminal complaints and repeatedly asked for my
name. Why would they need the name of a victim when i provided
them with the full name of this male, Greg Smith and when I have
an existing complaint reference number? Yes, I have this on my own
digital recorder.

Greg Smith came to my living space to harass me repeatedly with
false demands, physically violent behavior by throwing items,
removing items that had been there for the past few months with-
out my permission.

He has exhibited this behavior with others on the property.
He has spit on my belongings, then changed his behavior when I
threatened him with a psychiatric hold, returning to "bless me" and
provide slanderous information about the property owner's own violence.

Today, he came by repeatedly within a half hour, once with food on
his face, speaking while chewing on something that appeared like
bread. A male visitor on the property said that Greg used to work
at Down To Earth natural food store about 7 years ago, a known Hare
Krishna hang-out.

Others have said that they have seen him for years. Descriptive
terms include: weird, imbalanced, he has entities living in him,
his bark is more than his bite. The other property on Maui where
I've seen him is a place with Shiva devotees in Huelo, similar in
that there are many adults, some children with a significant
percentage using drugs openly.

This is another site where I had to protect myself by reporting
neglect of a disabled client of mine and worker abuse. This was in
Summer 2009.

Incidentally, this property included the property owner's former
spouse who is a well-known disbarred attorney, while the property
owner who is a well-known organic farmer was the disgraced featured
marketing director for a neighboring well-known organic farm that
functioned as a well-known tantric sex center before Maui County
enforced "ag" land zoning laws.

I addressed my safety concerns about Greg with the property owner
before coming to this site, and have made other complaints about
periodic violent outbursts, about 3 times/monthly directed at me.
Since he has lived and worked at this site for almost 9 years, he
claims to have "land sharing" authority, a claim that is denied by
the property owner.

Greg's wiry frame and frenetic movements match someone with a
hyper-dimensional internal life that expresses itself against
his own interests yet he changes his behavior with any type of
aggressive response. This cognitive functioning makes him criminal,
as well as nuts.

I am writing this this evening to say that my numerous calls to MPD
is a waste of time, in particular, Crime Stoppers. I reported him and
this type of system failure to press groups who understand the need
for quick integration with law enforcement databases, and a
response that protects the person who provides this information
per phone out of Hawaii.

"Larry" is not someone who would aid in public safety at Crime
Stoppers. My guess is that his training was mostly to aid and
abet indifference to potential violence. After all, with risk
reduction funding, the more the violence in our towns, the more
money the County makes in federal funding, right? Way to go,
systemic money laundering exposed by this type of policy.

Greg Smith needs to be reported as a threat to public safety,
in particular those who do not use drugs and who do not tolerate
his abusive, invasive and violent behavior when his needs are
not met.

THE KING HAS NO CLOTHES

Most on Maui, and many from law enforcement would support the
policy directive to target, investigate and prosecute local, state,
and federal officials who aid and abet drug crimes. Their oath of
office requires that they uphold a higher standard of conduct.

This policy directive is related to the white collar criminal activities
that accompany drug investigations, leading to corrupt deals for
covering up crimes. After many years, prosecution becomes almost
impossible, especially in this incestuous place called Maui.

Exposing the hierarchy is not common in Hawaii. The mind-set
does not reward those who participate with checks and balances.
The cash flow from drugs reward those who are the most ruthless
and self-serving.

The King has no clothes is the name of my effort on Maui. Others
have finally found it profitable to access Racketeering Influenced
Corrupt Organization laws from outside Hawaii to expose the Kings
and Queens who have been controlling the majority for too long.

Inquiring minds asked . . .

After returning to live on Maui in June 2004, I attempted to live
and seek work in Wailuku, where I was born and raised. I had just
established a formal complaint process with the SF Hate Crimes
Office for a pattern of harassment in neighborhoods where I had
lived between 2002-2004 and had letters from both Congressman
Honda from San Jose and Congresswoman Pelosi from SF.

As per my entries on congress.org, in the Summer of 2004, I met
Congressman Case at one of his "talk story" community meetings at
Baldwin High School. I told him about a serious situation that may
carry safety risks. His case worker Jackie Conant was also at the
meeting and we agreed to schedule a meeting in Honolulu.

As all of my officials meetings, i taped my statements with Jackie
when I signed affidavits for Case to contact the SF Hate Crimes
Office if necessary. My statement included that I had already made
a detailed complaint in 2002 with then US Attorney Ed Kubo. This
complaint, over 20 pages, were formally stored at the SF Human
Rights Commission, along with my hand-written statements. Since
my hand-written statements were found to be stolen from their
office in August 2003, there is reason to believe my original
complaint of over 20 pages was also copied.

This complaint to US AG Kubo was made after I was falsely linked
to Native Hawaiian sovereignty in the Honolulu Advertiser letters
to the editor on August 4, 2001. Then State legislator, Brian Schatz,
saw me in Sure Shot Cafe on this day and inquired about this
error, saying that he had not known that I was linked to Native
Hawaiian issues.

This complaint included the suspicious "serious money" offer that
came from a semi-retired investor from the Bishop Estate a week after
my complaint to the Advertiser's ombudsman about the risk to my safety
with this false link to sovereignty.

Since I had spent the past 2 years developing and marketing my
own training programs for Diversity-related Workplace Productivity,
it was my concern that my intention for addressing and dismantling
internalized power issues in the workplace could be misinterpreted
as a form of activism for Native Hawaiian sovereignty.

This was the beginning of my privacy problems. Thinking back
on this incident, it may have been drug-related stakeholders
who had considered my activities provocative.

Coincidentally, on this same day August 4, 2001, I attended
a community meeting at the Honolulu Convention Center. During
the break, I met and spoke with a number of City officials,
met newly appointed UH President Dobelle, then had a friendly,
but public argument with then Mayor Jeremy Harris.

Mayor Harris had already established his intent to run for
Governor, so this event carried high political symbolism and
tension for everyone. Since then, Mayor Harris and I spoke
only briefly about my experience in Honolulu between 2000-02.

This brief synopsis was on the Honolulu Advertiser blog in
early 2010 before it disappeared with my other 2 entries sub-
mitted under Karen Yukie Yamada.

Questions about why I haven't been in the public sphere more
frequently are asked. In 2004, while living in Wailuku, I did
start a simple, static format website with documents from a
few officials. The person who created this partial website
is someone who become suspect almost within months of our
contact about creating this public venue.

This web designer was a former personal contact named Matt
Lorin from NYC. He moved to Honolulu during the early 2000's.
My choice to distance myself from him at this time was because
he was so fiercely Democrat in his selective outrage about
corruption. I think it was mutually agreeable that we remain
friendly, but not friends.

The contents of our extensive emails are available. I have a
few verifiable concerns about whether or not he had received
contact from money laundering drug partisan groups about my
situation. This was my concern for most of my former personal
contacts who are committed to illegal drug use. They like to
blame non-drug users, and for some reason they are all progress-
ive or liberal Democrats.

Exerting my right to personal choice was to tell the truth for
the correct reasons at the correct time for the plight of the
oppressed majority. They may find that insulting, but well, it
is a question of priorities and character.

Life in the civic sector during wire terror

Life in the civic sector during this age of wire terror requires
numerous sources of information. News feeds, the sources for news
articles in our daily papers are beginning to look suspect. Why are
they not providing the public with a glimpse of our most pressing
issues?

Why are outraged independent writers supplying officials with vital
and critical information while flailing newspapers give us enter-
tainment type collages of "human drama"? Peeks at cable news is
like taking a walk down the path of cognitive dissonance, meaning
they really don't reflect reality in any verifiable way.

The finger points to our Commander-in-Chief. He has immeasurable
access and privilege with media mechanisms to reach into the public
in a highly coordinated multi-level manner. Is he not aware that he
does not have clothes on? Only editorial cartoons seem to hit the
mark.

As I apply for the second time for general assistance food stamps
from the State of Hawaii to support my daily needs while writing this
blog in a highly hostile climate, I wonder if the State of Hawaii is
ignoring my legitimate application since November 2009 like they
ignored looming wire problems in our own State.

I can guarantee that I do not fraudulently apply for food stamps.
Mahalo to Senator Sam Slom for acknowledging this situation
yesterday.Verifiable mail and wire tampering/fraud is my problem
with those who run government operations for malice and money laundering.

These officials are sitting there in non-responsive repose, criminally
passive and in denial. What has happened to me is an extension of
them, their corruption that their failures. They can attack Obama all
they like, but unless they surrender jurisdiction on record entirely,
they do not have a right to my privacy.

Faux private investigators and detectives beware. You are
identifiable for harvesting information for those who have some-
thing to hide.

FBI Internet Crime Center Udated Notice

The Internet Crime Center was called about irregularities on
this wi-fi, or on my computer today. The FBI news alert was
linked to the White Collar Crime Division.

For your information, the Cyber felony Unit was the project
of our own Prez Obama. What would his Chief Technology Officer
say about his own consultant being arrested in April 2009 for
bribery, money laundering and fraud? What ever happened to
that Officer Kundra? Did this have any relationship to last
July 4, 2009 when the websites from the Secret Service, the
Treasury Department, the Department of Transportation and the
Federal Trade Commission all crashed for a day? (the same day
that S.Korean banks and government lost their websites?)

Would Prezy Obama like to comment on this directive to quell
the threats and risks of security breaches and cyber crimes in
light of his failed health initiative. Ask him about why on
a "paperless" system at the SF VA Medical Center's ICU, clinical
database computers frequently had pop-up Las Vegas ads while
Yukie Yamada worked there?

He may have belatedly donated his million dollar free ride
bonus from the Nobel Peace Prize Committee yesterday, but can
he add up the cost of his failure to lead since 2009?

We have serious terror crimes within our information systems.
We are dependent of information systems for security, commerce
and our private lives. While this security problem threatens
our daily lives, the Obama team wastes a whole year with a
bloated scam for health care reform that has little impact on
issues of affordability, access, quality of care and the moral
imperative to provide basic services to Americans.

Obama and Michele are seen on television pumping up relations
for Chicago's Olympic bid, Haiti's earthquake victims and pet
projects that presume America's own secure future.

Presume nothing, Mr. Prezy.

Plight of the Oppressed Majority

I don't know if there can be an honest census about illegal drug use
in America, but I would guess that most Americans want to live free
from crime, violence and harassment. I would even say that most do
not want to push drugs on non-drug users. There is also a significant
percentage that are more "agro" in their drug habit by pushing
and intimidating their way into communities who would otherwise
be practicing tolerance for recreational use of illegal drugs.

Speaking about "agro" behavior, my close to 10 years stomping the
pavement as an urban dweller in the Haight Ashbury from mid-80's to
the late 90's is similar to those who remember the days of qualude,
marijuana, mushrooms and heroin on the streets. Homeless vets and
vagrants waited pleasantly at their favorite Ben and Jerry corner
to say niceties as they passed out their hat for coins. For non-
druggies like me, there were few problems in walking the streets
at all hours even for a female.

In the early 90's, established small businesses shut down into a
well-deserved retirement with nondescript hip-hop and vintage
clothing stores popped up with so few customers we wondered how
they paid their rent in the Haight. Crystal meth users came to
the 'hood to find more drugs and the climate became so hostile
and "agro" that the usual pedestrians took to walking on differ-
ent streets to make their way to their apartments.

Here on Maui, in "drug, sex, rock-n-roll" jungle life it appears
that the pot and hash users are as "agro" and savvy as any white
collar criminal sowing the seeds for commercial fraud. They are
open and unapologetic to identify someone who does not use, nor
need to use any type of illegal drug for fun. It is hard not to
inhale in a shared community kitchen or apartment complex with
fumes from the "herb" advocates.

How would they make this inhalant legal, aside from medicinal use?
How would they monitor in a place like Maui, illegal trafficking
with medical marijuana networks? Would they spy on you in your
bedroom to catch you like "hot houses" tactics by the DEA or with
"sneak and peek" FBI tactics? Since I have never broken the law,
they would have no reason to stalk my privacy, would they? Maybe
it's the fault of criminals in my environment that I am targeted.

Today's FBI news service press release is from Kevin Perkins who
spoke with the Senate Committee of Department of Homeland
Security and Sub-Committee Government Affairs. Target:
PUBLIC CORRUPTION, meaning local, state and federal officials who
aid and abet the trafficking of illicit substances.

He should speak with the House Committee Chair for Department of
Homeland Security and Sub-Intelligence Committee Congresswoman
Jane Harman who heard from me repeatedly for about two years. My
statement to her is on congress.org since December 2009. The
Department of Homeland Security works with Gang Intelligence from
the FBI or some federal agency looking into drug violence/terror
in America. Shame, shame those looking to build their network for
corporate-style legal drugs BEFORE there is adequate criminal/law
enforcement agencies to deal with addictive behavior.

Does anyone really think that legalized drugs would be affordable?
Delusional thinking accompanies certain type of impulse control
problems found with addiction. If you eliminate drugs, they say,
addicts will become addicted to porn, sex, food, love, etc. Other
countries think Americans have no soul and are too fat. Legalizing
drugs as a debate in isolation of the greater issue of corruption
facing our country is a form of distraction.

In a small economy like Maui, and a smaller drug economy like Maui
I was frequently known as the "asian woman" in jungle areas. Well,
there were only a few "asian women" in these areas, and yes - they
did use drugs openly. That includes a minor who was subsidized by
her wealthy real estate parents who live in Lahaina while she sowed
her wild oats with her drug culture nice-guy boyfriend who barely
survives making ganja butter with the leaves from baby marijuana
plants, also known as "shakes". Her name is Tiarra Yokomichi. Tiarra
is not Yukie Yamada, & visa versa. The other adult "asian woman" doing
the drug scene is Anna from San Diego, a known respiratory therapist
at Maui Memorial Hospital.

This is for the car vandals who prowl the jungle in search of the
next crime site in the name of drug-network intimidation.

FRAUD SEX AND AUDIOTAPES March 2009

Today Yahoo! news service wants viewers to join THEM on Twitter
social media networks to discuss the health care reform scam, I
mean legislation that was the focal point of President Obama as
soon as he was inaugurated in 2009. After a year, Obama says on
Yahoo! news service article today that FRAUD, WASTE and ABUSE is
a bad thing, costing taxpayers over a billion dollars.

Republicans may want to know details about how the collusion of
welfare fraud and entitlement programs aid and abet drug networks
on Maui properties where property owners have special tax and
water rates for having purchased 2 or more acres of designated
"ag" zoned land. The laws governing this zoning were rarely
enforced until the past 2 years, and many parcels of property
on Maui "ag" lands remain uncultivated with no structure for
any type of micro enterprise.

Even properties where farming and food cultivation took place
can be considered welfare pockets with avid, committed groups
who trade, barter and use illegal drugs based on their need to
exert personal choice against the rights of those who want to
live drug-free and crime-free.

Go as Senator Sam Slom from the State of Hawaii's Small Business
Hawaii. The Small Business Administration itself having been
exposed for insider trading, has received notice of that even
grants, loans and perks given to small businesses should not
carry patterns of such fraud.

This collusion is, in fact, the puzzle to most IQ 80 criminal
investigators who cannot discern the difference between those
with personality dysfunction and those coordinate their choices
based on shared secrets of an informal economy. It must be that
"secret society" looks and eyes communication that escapes the
investigators who use eavesdropping to harvest information.

In my recent experience, a female person whom I've seen on a
regular basis for the past few months was reported as having
been arrested for illegal drug possession. The person who
claims to have bailed her out, another well-known figure on
Maui, Rick Smith, who does "investigative" work even while
practicing as a buddhist adherent says he was poisoned while
doing intelligence work in Russia for the Air Force. uh-huh.
He blames this poisoning for his cardiac disease.

This female person whose persona ranges from effervescent to
hostile, dehydrated and sluggish mentioned to me that her work
in marketing and promotion was for non-profits working with
the entitlement fund bonanza (disabled children). She claims
to be the former spouse of a very talented artist on Maui and
also claims to be a "sufi mystic" in her "healing" process.
Her medical disability claim is that she has a terminal spine
tumor that restricts her ability to function fully.

While I have never witnessed drug use by any of the above,
I can verify behavior that is not consistent with someone who
has rational cognitive functioning. Mr. Smith must not care,
nor consider the consequences to those living drug-free in
our small economy even when he admits that he has had to keep
a distance from her disintegrating pattern. "Not in my back-
yard" mind-set from a faux detective.

Today's Maui News reports that a former Makawao resident who
was arrested for having 1197 marijuana plants in his home in
July 2009 along with hash, ammo and weapons fled jurisidiction
to avoid prosecution after he was bailed out for only $140,000.
Erik Welander, your name is on the FBI Controlled Substance
database now. Please don't blame those who want to live drug-
free. The judge who rendered that small bail is also on their
database, if that makes you feel better.

Crime stoppers from Maui Police Department knows that I have an
an internet news site because criminal enforcement on Maui has a
reputation for never forwarding information that results in a
multi-pronged, multi-level complaint process to avert cover-up
profit motives.

So, Obama wants to investigate FRAUD WASTE and ABUSE? His own
corrupt liberal base should know that Republicans also want to
denounce fraud in our federally-funded programs.

An Illegitimate Quest for Relevance: Updated

In early 2006, Yukie Yamada wrote, "An Illegitimate Quest for Truth"
Part 1-4 from the desk top computer of a former personal associate
in Pukalani where we both received fraudulent emails from the FBI
and CIA. This scam was announced on the news by then FBI Director
Goodwin who retired in 2007.

My articles, Part 1 and 2 were sent to then-Editor of truthout.org
from this computer after he solicited articles from me per email.
truthout.org is an internet news site with obvious partisan platform
by those who have a selective sense of outrage with political
corruption. It was about this time that NYPD Commissioner Paul
Brown was seen on television news about abuses from the Pentagon's
flawed Talon program to collect ground intelligence.

"An Illegitimate Quest for Truth" detailed Yukie's experience of hav-
ing been victimized by wire stalking/terror while living with corrupt,
card-carrying members of the Hawaii Democratic Party in a known
former crack cocaine house in a known drug-ridden neighborhood in
Wailuku.

It is hard to know if Talon was in collusion to fund "drug crime"
investigations but given the known unknowns in surveillance
networks, and having Democrats a house-mates certainly made it
convenient for some to harvest information about my personal process
for justice.

From this site, Yukie made repeated calls from both a Sprint cell
phone under her own name and from the land line phone to local,
state and federal contacts/officials about her concern that there
was a problem with criminally exploitative use of surveillance
because of "drug crimes" in the neighborhood.

One of these housemates, Gil Agaran, appointed to the State of Hawaii
Legislature received direct information that I had accused his then-
girlfriend, who was my other housemate of money laundering and slandering
my reputation to diminish any concern that there could be invasion of
privacy for partisan profit motives. This is because I am politically
independent and refused to have anything to do with the Democratic Party
after a brief experience as a volunteer in the Maui Democratic Office in
2004.

My accusation is on court record at a hearing on August 8, 2005. Both
of my housemates failed to show up to the August 15, 2005 when I sought
to present evidence that my female housemate had actively involved herself
with my complaints to address any violations of privacy while denying
any type of problem with other professional associates, claiming that
there were "no problems" at 1970 Liko Street, our rental.

This female housemate had been working as a front-line retail salesperson
at $10.00 or so when we moved in together. Within a few months of her
card-carrying member of the Maui Democratic Party, she was an independent
contractor for program development issues with Maui County. By 2006, she
had been appointed Chair of Maui County Democratic Party. For this reason,
I call her here-to-forth known as State Whore Katherine Keith.

Smells, doesn't it, that MPD never once arrived to the neighborhood
to speak with neighbors while I lived there even with 3 taped
statements over 9 months. These meeting took place at MPD in the
presence, one of these meetings included an Assistant Chief Kikuchi,
whose first question to me inquired if I had a history of
"psychological distress". If you take a look at HIS health record,
you might find that Kikuchi has quite a bit of "psychological distress"
while earning over $110,000.

The nearby Banana Bungalow, a known "drugs, sex, rock-n-roll" hostel
was literally a stone's throw away from this place of residence in
Wailuku. I heard from their manager in the past year that the
neighborhood had evacuated over 30 families/rentals who allegedly
were involved with "drug crimes". That would be 4 years after my
own complaints of problems there.

This area has been identified as a "breeding ground" of felons by
other Maui residents. Well, too bad the vice officer of this area
was killed in 2007. Someone should ask the retired police officer
who said this place was used for "hot houses" to investigate crimes.
His name through hearsay is Mike Marquez.

"An Illegitimate Quest for Intelligence" was posted on blogs in November
2007 after the Pentagon dismantled Talon in September 2007. Soon to be
released is "An Illegitimate Quest for Relevance" as every no-good son-of-
a-bitch-pain-in-the-ass-corrupt-mediocre-slow-to-respond-idiot tries to
figure out how to profit with my proprietary consumer advocacy blogs with
Twitter.

The letter I have from former FBI Goodwin saying that he "checked
with local CIA representatives" about my having received a phone call
from a male person saying the CIA and FBi were looking for me in
early 2006 also says that the CIA had not contacted me, nor had his
office. After all, his own FBI JD Rudow told me in 2004 that he did
not want to receive any name of individuals who could verify the
violations and crimes that I had complained while living in a drug
neighborhood. He said that he was a Special Agent peon.

All I can say is that the FBI will be paying up, just like the County
of Maui and the State of Hawaii for having sent me to concubine hell
all these years because they really just don't care that much to tell
the truth about wire terror/stalking. Add up all their pensions . . .

Heard it on the radio . . . Sprecklesville exposed

I heard it on the radio this week: National Drug Control Policy
Director said that they cut off most of the supply of illegal drugs
to the United States. They are acknowledging that the cash flow and
weapons sale from the South West is a problem related to security
issues on the border with Mexico. NO, no, no he said in answer
to the question about whether of not American intelligence agents
were implanted in Mexican law enforcement. NPR, one of my least
favorite news sources, had a redeeming program this past Sunday.

No one asked, and he didn't comment about that $400 million aid
America provided Mexico and Columbia in recent years that includ-
ed surveillance technology to catch those dirty, rotten cartels
trafficking illegal drugs into corporate America's consumer base.

He said that "drug control" is a complex problem, not solved by
any bumper sticker slogan. No one asked, and he didn't mention
how this complex problem is related to corruption in information
systems, government agencies and the private sector.

In fact, nobody really talks about how one receives their illegal
drug supply, do they? It's almost like a secret society of users.
How do they communicate? Do they just recognize each other? Do
they believe that the "stuff" they receive is actually what they
want or do they ever suspect it is laced with something else? Do
they all do business together and share "eyes and looks"? Does one
ever leave this "secret society" after using, or are they forever
condemned to this do-as-you-are-told secret society?

All I know is that meth users behave differently than those who
prefer cocaine. Did you see the flick Pulp Fiction?

The bad taste in my mouth from such activity in daily doings is
how those who are users always try to insert a false accusation
against non-users about something ridiculous. My own experience
is that when there is a combination of this type of conditioned
behavior with status that allows for some type of privilege, as
with information technology, it becomes an expanding problem for
those who are clueless non-users.

A former cafe dweller in Paia, who ran a gun dealership in Arizona
and who claimed to have the highest level of security access on his
mac laptop called me on my cell phone in 2007 to tell me that he had
reported to the FBI that his coke using ex-spouse, who is an
executive with a cookie company, had wired over $30,000 from his
account to her account then left her two children. He later emailed
me that she was found strung-out on coke by law enforcement at
some distance from her home. Thanks for nothing, Jeff Wiles.

I firmly insisted that he never call me again, never use my cell
number and never email me from his equipped lap top that carried
a designation that he once worked in a nuclear Navy submarine in
Pearl Harbor. It's all captured on the visible video camera at
this popular cafe, including other patrons who heard his wah-wah
story repeatedly.

His van, which was also his abode, was seen near Sprecklesville for
months this past year, parked in a dirt area near the latest project
by some guy named Spencer at all hours of the day/night. Spencer
hangs out at the wi-fi cafe where Mr. Wiles did his gun orders from
5am in the morning until 8am in 2007-2008. After Mr. Wiles' brother
almost died from lead poisoning in Arizona in late 2007, I started
wondering if there was a sinister presence on his high security lap.

What did the Hawaii DEA agent do after receiving this information?
He probably got his "stuff" cheaper, faster and sooner to catch
those dirty, rotten drug cartels living in Hawaii involved with wire
terror and fraud. Rich Jones sounded like he had either too much or
too little in his office at the Hawaii DEA when I called him from
my AT&T "go" phone listed under my full name.

Go check out the wi-fi access routes in Paia and Makawao. Complex
issue. Indeed. And for inquiring minds, no, Yukie Yamada has never
put her snot to any line of any lovely white powder nor does she
have the inclination despite hanging out in remote beach locations
in Columbia where others legally acquired and used cocaine.
