Happy Holidays from Haiku. Recent events exposed broad public
hearsay about links of Fraud Waste Abuse with welfare recipients
and illegal drug use on Maui's agricultural zoned properties. My
own personal experience with this has been
provided to members in Congress and the Senate outside Hawaii's
corrupt cesspool.
I am writing this from the computer of a private property owner in
Haiku. He reports that his own experience with law enforcement,
corrupt judges and tenant/landlord issues has resulted in a legal
complaint process that can be found online. As a Maui resident
and former potential Mayoral candidate, I met this fellow through
neighborhood-type acquaintances in the past week. When I called
to learn about his circumstances, he showed me legal documentation
of his Petition for Writ of Certiorari from Intermediate Court of
Appeals of Hawaii.
Like many on Maui, he has a myriad of professional, legal and
personal relationships that weave a web of stories demonstrating
government ineptitude and malicious abuse of power in law enforce-
ment and courts. His own anecdotal information substantiates
the links between Housing Urban Development subsidies and
disabled tenants.
After a couple of phone calls, this person agreed to meet me
at a nearby grocery store where familiar faces are frequent. He
took me to his nearby private agricultural private property. His
own personal history is like my story, full of historical bad blood
betrayals and sleaze-bag professional figures all swimming
about in Maui's own swamp.
My legal process has been substantiated on record with local
systems. The federal and commercial stakeholder systems holding
back the truth to the demise of public safety are about to receive
a check and balance.
In support and preparation for this compelling legal process,
I called and left a message for Maui News Editor David Hoff.
Mr. Hoff has heard from me in past years about what appears
to be preferential reporting for corrupt Democrat insiders
close to Senator Inouye and Prezy Obama.
Others reading my blog/newsletter around the world can cheer
the beginning of the end of the most evil intelligence-run economy
known to those who believe in governance for the sake of liberty.

IDENTITY FRAUD ON MAUI TIME
A second incident of IDENTITY FRAUD with use of my full name found
on Maui Time blog today. Since my newsletters are independent
enterprises, they are a potential competitor. My call today to their
Wailuku office repeated my complaint that their news blog is being
used for false information, slander obviously by groups who do not
understand what has been written on my internet sites since
December 2009.
Reported accordingly as a pattern of harassment and defamation of
character to the appropriate authorities.

FRAUD WASTE ABUSE POLICY EXPOSED
For the past couple of months, Yukie Yamada's name has been posted
on nearby grocery store bulletin boards in upcountry Maui as a Safe
Neighborhood Advocate. Others now know of her plans to create her
own "job" with small business owners, merchant associations, business
organizations and others who recognize the need to confront drug crimes.
To authenticate this, she pens in her name and signature on every
card. Allowing others to understand that her ongoing financial
hardship has a verifiable trail of system intimidation, neglect and negligence.
She has consistently looked for gainful employment every
week/month since October 2008 when she submitted detailed
accounts of FRAUD WASTE ABUSE with entitlement programs such as
Consumer Directed Personal Assistant Programs managed through DHS
and DOH.
One blatant example of how corrupt law enforcement, courts and
attorneys add to the stressors of public safety has already been named
on this newsletter: see BLONDIE MATINEE AT MPD. Allison "Alika"
Moore, former vice officer at Maui Police Department, was on the
front page of the Maui News again. Earlier this year, she was indicted
for 25 counts of evidence tampering, theft and forgery.
Last month, she was pictured on the front page of the
Maui News again. The judge reportedly used harsh language for her
betrayal to protect public safety then sentenced her to 1 year in
prison. She requested only probation to deal with her crystal meth addiction.
On the day of this report, I spoke coincidentally with a store clerk
who has a relative working at MPD. This clerk said that they all knew
"Alika", tried to help "Alika" only to find that she, like all meth cops,
are scam artists who increase threat to public safety. I gave her my
Safe Neighborhood Advocate card and thanked her for being so honest
about what is wrong with this court.
My own anecdote is closer to home, so to speak. According to those
who are close to the situation, "Alika's" crimes were used to get a
technical release of a female who was incarcerated last month for
failing to appear in court. This female, Leila, is someone that I have
seen periodically for the past year and who exhibits all of the symptoms
of those who live amongst illegal drug cultures.
She is irratic, belligerent and irrational with noted changes in her
weight from one month to the next. She has an alternating sense of
grandiosity, claiming to be part of the human spectrum connected to
wealth, saying that she is in a deep process of healing and knowing as
a "mystic" then falling into a physical state of debilitation apparent in
her speech, sluggish movement and lack of rational thought.
According to others, she has lived on Maui for decades with blood
family members by birth. Her father was reportedly a Lieutenant in
Los Angeles Police Department who killed himself, or was killed due
to "corruption". She has also displayed fine art pieces saying that she
inherited these pieces from her deceased husband.
I met the person who initially posted bail and bond a number of years
ago when she was arrested for drug possession. He claims to have
known her since she was a child, but has not been in contact with her
for the past year due to her dishonesty and disintegrating condition.
He knows directly from me that this person is a risk to others and
herself at this point.
When she was arrested a month and half ago, I called the attorneys
that she claims represented her. Cain/Herren in Wailuku received my
strong recommendation that she continue in an incarcerated
rehabilitation based on what I observed in her behavior and the social
network that she hangs out with on Maui. Since their law receptionist
said they had no voice mail, it is possible that they never received my
formal verbal statement.
I recommended the same in person to two males who have provided
her temporary lodging during these periods of illness and debilitation.
Both of these men claim that she is applying for housing subsidy as a
"disabled" individual through Housing Urban Development that
provides subsidies for qualified DHS disabled clients. Qualification
usually rests on the inability to maintain independent activities of
daily living such as cleaning, feeding, clothing and the usual mobility
required for tasks.
This female claims to have had a tumor removed a few years ago but
has remained and still is fully pedal and fully functional in all physical
activities. How and why these men say that her attorney is assisting
in obtaining federal funding to live on general housing assistance is
the question. After all, I had a benign tumor removed in 2004, too.
The technicality that reportedly got this female out of jail a few
weeks ago is attributed to "Alika" having been the arresting officer
who presumedly planted drugs on this female. This female now has
xeroxed copies of the article from the Maui News with the meth
addict cop's face while in court to prove that the "holes" in her case
were exposed. If this is true, "Alika", should be punished accordingly,
correct?
Being that this female has had a regular male partner who is a
repeated violent offender visit her while on her respite, and since
they have all out violent verbal arguments in front of other residents,
my suggestion to her attorneys that she deserves to be kept in an
institution for the sake of public safety, in spite of crooked addict
cops like "Alika", has merit.
I don't try to harvest too much information from a liar and psychiatric
person like this female but her demeanor is one that I have seen
many times during my work in the area of health/social services.
She will do whatever, say whatever to survive another day in denial
that she is a viable independent being in a society where few do what
is correct and where she feels she is entitled to all that she desires
without the needed intention, commitment and structure.
That her pattern of violence is obviously inward does not make her
less of a risk to others. She creates distraction intentionally for
attention, time and resources from those who do not believe in
institutional action. In this process, she becomes a pain in the ass to
others who choose to live responsibly and in consideration of lawful,
healthy living.
As I write this, she is in vista loading an entire truckload of her
belongings from where I live with a male friend who does not have
the judgment nor the need to report her as a risk others. He says
that she is behaving in a "naughty" way lately and knows that I have
reported her appropriately.
Thanks for nothing "Alika", thanks for nothing Cain/Herren and most
of all, thanks for nothing to the FRAUD WASTE ABUSE system that
give this kind of preferential treatment to criminal defendants with
drug crimes.
If MPD is reading this newsletter, look upward in their agency to
figure out why they are the worst-loved beings on Maui. I heard
through a small business owner in Paia that just last week an officer
was called to an eatery for a witnessed violent assault against an
employee during business hours. This officer for some reason refused
to acknowledge that a crime took place based on testimony.
Merchants in Paia should insist that any type of violence, even in a
bar where alcohol consumption takes place is not acceptable and
should be acknowledged by police.
Well, that's the scoop for today. Go get 'em. Which other drug
suspects got a "technical" release from crimes with "Alika" spreading
her addicted ways in our community? Maui County and Hawaii- all
eyes are on YOU.
And by the way, the Animal Rescue truck with the cop
that just arrived on this property should know that I do not
speak to any enforcement officer on private property, tho' I can
atest to the fact that the grey inbred hound owned by Laura Sharpe
does wander around on a County road without restraint daily. I was
not witness to Bodi the dog's killing of someone else's pet fowl next
door but the court date for this complaint is tomorrow. :)

Advanced Enforcement/Policy Directives
Since my last entry acknowledging wire fraud/hacking on my personal
lap top, I submitted detailed information to Republicans in Congress'
House Appropriations Committee about the pattern of wire stalking
spilling over into the civilian sector. Confirmation of problems
with Hawaii Verizon database system was made by several front-line
staff members with Congress members Joanne Emerson (Missouri),
Ken Calvert (California), Steve La Tourette (Ohio), Kay Granger
(Texas) and Senators Kay Hutchison (Texas) and John Ensign (Nevada).
I gave support for Project Deliverance, as reported in the Maui News
and Flare Network, and the multi-drug investigation from Texas
resulting in over 2200 arrests for illegal drug crimes with heroin,
crystal meth, cocaine and marijuana. My posting of articles from
Flare Network on bulletin boards at small businesses in rural area
has resulted in a number of groups understanding that there is no
need for an illegal drug economy in Hawaii.
Project Deliverance included investigations of real estate companies
as well as organized criminal groups. These links between money
brokers, tactics of intimidation and the arrogance of white collar
professional stakeholders are well exposed in drug crimes.
Even US AG Eric Holder reversed his policy in an admission regarding
medical marijuana policies since January 2009. His catastrophic
policy blunder to show leniency for medical marijuana crime cases
had exactly the opposite effect that is desired in the 14 states where
state medical marijuana laws allow for medicinal dispensary of pot.
This resulted in a deepening of criminality in legal medical marijuana
systems, increasing risks for all those involved, including health
professionals and patients.
My own experience of having my phone number on the records of a
known criminal medical marijuana dispensary figure, Brian Murphy
and the ongoing harassment, terror and violations in my life because
of this wire fraud is on record with Congress members who know
Hawaii's Congress members and state officials are complicit in public
endangerment for allowing Hawaii's unenforceable law allowing
"smokable" marijuana to be dispensed with no verifiable system.
US AG Holder came out with a statement two weeks before this
General Election on November 2, 2010 saying that the Dept. of
Justice will now vigorously enforce all existing marijuana laws to threaten
California's Proposition 19 which sought to legalize marijuana for
public use with plans for specialized boutique salons. Prop 19 went
on the ballot this year after two years of increasing criminality in
the marijuana network.
California voters rejected Prop 19. It doesn't seem to strike voters
that legalizing a psycho-active substance in light of an already bloated
poly-drug culture will only result in an illegal corporate industry
to increase addiction-related problems in an already addicted society.
For my part, I started passing out cards with my name and number
with Safe Neighborhood Advocate listed on it. I spoke with
pharmacists who are known in local small businesses to confirm their
role in dispensing the capsule form of marijuana. It is confirmed that
they do not dispense any smokable version despite rumors.
I speak to small businesses in proximity to physicians' offices where
there is reputed dispensing of medical marijuana permits to some
who do not have a valid need for this substance. I talk to private
property owners who have agriculture-zoned properties in rural Maui
who were led to believe they could grow 4-7 plants per patient on
their property for unknown patients from Dr. Mastrianni's practice.
Small property owners should also know that I report tenants who
openly pass out or display hashish in their homes when they invite me
for business or events. One person another well-known figure on Maui
is the Publisher of a free independent newspaper that has established
a reputation for being an advocate for medical marijuana while he
lived on the private property of a well-known real estate broker from
Haiku. While his newspaper highlights the need for "sustainable"
economic models suited for a small, rural economy based on support
from partisan stakeholders, readers should note that such models
were implemented by other countries for decades without partisan-
typeelitism as an agenda.
While I am not so special to use special drugs with special elite
groups who enjoy the moment in paradise, they represent partisan
political ideas that include collective communities, vegetarianism,
new age spirituality and personal transformation. They are deluded
not to consider its serious impact in a small economy in this
information age that any type of poly-drug culture will have on
others. After all, we see each other at the same farmer's market,
grocery stores and cafes.
I would like to inhale at all times the clean. sweet air of rural Maui
without having to negotiate my way into shared public spaces drug-
free. It is time to be honest about the links international drug
trafficking has within a marijuana tolerant community. My
experience is that there is endemic deception and a lack of
personal integrity in these places. It may be a form of forced
denial after decades of paying one's bills and mortgage by selling marijuana.
Now what? I'm just glad that Mexico's military set up a blog with news
companies there to allow former narcos to expose the real deal story
on Facebook and elsewhere about what happens when the cash flow
runs fast in a criminal economy with support from the upper classes
and corrupt officials I read it first on AOL news service, then on
Flare Network.
105 tons of marijuana all nicely wrapped in a store house from THE
tunnel between San Diego and Tijuana were seized last week. We
want to know who knew what and when about that tunnel where all
sorts of goodies are being trafficked. It is the tail end tunnel of drugs
as Mexico tries to take down their cartels, legalize some drugs and
fight the other evil: fake pharmaceutical drugs loading up for
Americans who need to escape the terrible reality of everyday
super power.
The good news: Italy's biggest mafia boss turned himself and his 1.9
billion dollar solar/wind enterprise in to authorities in the trend of
legalizing Italy's own sources of industrial profits. Who sez that it
can't be done? It's happening everyday, everywhere against the
corrupt flow of the Masters.

Mexico's Disastrous Drug Border
Last week, videos on the internet showed scenes of the
ongoing chaos along the Mexican-American border with drug
crimes, violence and deaths. Over a 1000 National Guard
troops were ordered to these sites, a sign that this known
national security threat with drug terror/crimes reported
in the news since 2007-08 reached a crisis. LIkely, more
guards will be ordered soon.
While drug cartels possess satellite spying surveillance
equipment, according to the Wall Street Journal and the
NY Times since then, this major offensive must signal the
need to address greater security structure other than a
physical barrier for human-based violence.
Wire terror/crimes, a different kind of terror that is
related to the human-based violence of drug crimes result
in violence to the integrity of our lives in every way.
Wire terror leaves all of our health records, government
records, commerce patterns and even our criminal complaints
to be stolen by those who access for criminal intent or
malicious neglect
Reporting on this border operation has a few predict-
able takes: first, the usual liberal whine about rights
of individuals including illegal aliens, second, this is
an act of self-defense by America for Americans who want
a safe place to live, third, who takes the most control
of the $500 million budget for this operation, and fourth
how can we make the Prezy look strong on defense.
Predictable for a known problem allowed to fester at the
expense of those who have to live the daily grunge. See
an excellent WIKIPEDIA MEXICAN DRUG WAR TIMELINE entry
online with point-by-point incidents of drug arrests and
other related incidents.
Expect independent, rebel-type internet news sites to be
formed with this security crisis by those who don't like
pastry news coverage about a symptom of a larger problem.
The stupidest Democrats who run the false PR machine for
this Prezy looking for a free ride as always may have
proven themselves criminally negligent for the sake of
political slavery.

Warning: Google Email Hijacking in Hawaii
Kevin L. Perkins
Assistant Director, Criminal Investigative Division
Federal Bureau of Investigation
Statement Before the Commission on Wartime Contracting
in Iraq and Afghanistan
May 2010
I am pleased to be here with you today to discuss the FBI’s
efforts to combat international contract corruption.
Since the inception of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan
in 2002, the United States government has privatized hundreds of
functions that were conducted by military personnel. While the
vast majority of these contractors are legitimate, the FBI and
its partners have also seen the emergence of complex and wide-
ranging contractor fraud schemes in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait.
Specifically, the majority of International Contract Corruption
Task Force investigations involve two principal characters: U.S.
contracting officers (both uniform and civilian) and government
contractors. As is the case in most white-collar crimes, the
primary motivating force is greed. The illegal conduct involves
the illegal payment of bribes/kickbacks in exchange for govern-
ment contracts and theft of government property such as diesel
fuel.
To combat these fraud schemes, the Criminal Investigative Divi-
sion of the FBI established the International Contract Corruption
Initiative (ICCI) in November 2005. The mission of ICCI was to
evaluate the extent of the crime problem, engage with other law
enforcement agencies designated with oversight, develop strategy
to address the problem, and provide support to field offices
conducting related corruption and fraud investigations.

Enforcement Verification
Did the multi-agency operation in Los Angeles in 2009 against
the Hawaiian Vario Gardens gang that used over 1400 officers
on the ground and 17 SWAT teams have commercial/wire fraud
links to Hawaii's drug groups?
Now we have "outsourcing" to the Philippines with idiots who
think that using transnational information systems in telecom
to save money will actually serve to reduce drug crimes in
America. Who outsources telecom to the Phillipines during a
time when we are in a "war on terror" with breaches on our
own wire systems?

Saludos to FLARE_NETWORK on Twitter
Hey, check out twitter.com/FLARE_NETWORK !!! politicalpoidog
receives thanks from them for supporting their effort in creat-
ing value from law enforcement/confiscation for the community.
Corruption, white collar crimes, drugs networks in collusion
are the scourge of those who seek a safe, sound life.
My victimization has been the corrupt collusion between drug
terror/harassment, white collar fraudsters in criminal justice
and government officials and within so-called "trafficking"
mechanisms. Cleveland local tv WKYC had an insightful piece
about human trafficking. After proving a series of wire fraud
terror crimes here on Maui, the crisis is about the sale, trade
and barter of victim's value and experience.
Modern day slavery exists due to failed government officials
and the collusion of silence by those who profit from victims.

Kula Japs Caught Doing Double Dip
Kula Japs were caught doing the double dip. In Hawaii,
the double dip, meaning someone who operates in political
systems with some degree of influence & tries to gain or
profit through corrupt practices known as conflict of
interest "inside" deals or working both sides openly,
is more dangerous than most corruption due to failed
criminal justice systems.
Hawaii has an international presence that lies quiet
with international ports that have been watched by the
agencies that suspect there is cause for intervention.
Building a criminal case from the ground was always my
intention to off set this larger intervention, but due
to the terror tactics by law enforcement and commercial
frausters, the intervention became inevitable.
Who allowed this to continue? Doctors, lawyers and ur
Indian Chief who profit from the double dip.
The most recent New York City raid with 600 police in a
latino gang neighborhood was reported by FBI press email
last Friday. Fortunately, in my situation the profess-
ional ones who knew better and who had contacts in the
news are being criminally charged.
I have never given anyone permission to call news groups
and represent my interests/property. If u know anyone who
has a pattern of suggesting affiliation with me on this
level who is clearly a lying mother fucking perpetrator,
please do the shake down on them.
No. I have no interest in working with former classmates
from Baldwin High School with law degrees who know that
they qualify as A Class Submissives to terror.

hey-hey Pinoccio the shake down is on you
When I first returned to live in Hawaii after almost 20
years in Northern California, I realized that I had left
my "born and raised" experience on Maui. Although there
is class-based contempt and overt forms of racism and
sexism, laws exist and are enforced with support in most
arenas of Northern California.
The exception is, obviously, in the realm of finance,
corporate-type medicine and in certain art and culture
circles. This doesn't permeate the daily existence and
political choices for those who prefer a life out of
consumer mainstream conditioning.
Political warfare is what allows status quo systems to
evolve. Having an opinion that is exerted in conversation
and action is a positive thing. Not in Hawaii. Latitude
in political culture is supported by the huge economic
base in San Francisco. Therein lies the hypocrisy of
their big fat defense contractor Middle East blood dollar
afternoon latte existence.
In Hawaii I should have a right to live in the civic sector
while writing as a victim and advocate trying to own my
experience to force things to evolve. I can do both of these
and exist as a recipient of food stamps. I can hang out with
anyone who is nice to me and fight with anyone who isn't.
This freedom is seen as an anomaly on Maui. It requires
quite a bit of self-awareness, learning and training in
areas that deal with power inequities and personal issues.
I've done that work, it was necessary in order to survive
and find a meaningful life in Northern California.
Corruption doesn't have to reach the threshold that it
reaches in Hawaii. The answer has been obvious to many.
It is the economy, stupid. It is about finding more than
the usual types of enterprise.
When my protected status as a terror crime victim is
formalized by attorneys who have been free and clear with
federal officials/agencies/press advocates, my statement
to Congress on record will include what it has entailed
to live in a totalitarian community fueled by ignorance
and drug terror while seeking protection under terror
crime legislation as a self-sovereign citizen.

HEY - THEY FOUND THE BEEF
My guess is that the beef lies in the pudding. In early
2006 when the Pentagon's Talon program was exposed for
its abuses in New York City, I was online regularly doing
my own research about being a fraud victim and legislation
that exists to protect victims.
On this computer at 342 Ehilani Street, the home of a
couple who also regularly used marijuana, we received a
number of emails from fraudulent sources that said they
were from the FBI or CIA.
The owner of this residence is a well-known figure for
his bar in Kihei. When I first met him through his wife,
he told me that he was once married to a mafia princess
in New Jersey just in case I needed help.
Since then, others in Pukalani can verify that he and
I acknowledge each other in public, but that I openly
say he is not a friend, nor would I shake his hand. He
knows that I am in the correct, but he is from a back-
ground where being correct is really not that relevant
even when he lost his mojo.
Then FBI Director Goodwin was seen at this time on t.v.
saying that such emails should be reported. We reported
these emails to the fraudnet@gao.gov and the fraudhotline
at the DOJ from the same computer.
On this computer, I also did research about the symbiotic
relationship between organized crime, para-military groups,
government agencies and the private sector. On this same
computer, I corresponded with all appropriate local, state
and federal officials in Hawaii, including person-to-person
phone calls and meetings with local, state, federal and
non-profit officials about privacy violations.
About this time, another writer who is seen on cable news
exposed details about the NSA and intelligence community
in Rolling Stones magazine. About this same time, NYPD
former commissioner Paul Brown spoke about the Pentagon's
flawed program Talon. I wrote to Paul Brown myself from
this computer.
The female part of this couple may felt tension with me
after her husband confided in me that he had tried to kill
himself after he found out that his wife had been having
an affair with a co-worker for over a year.
Shortly after leaving 342 Ehilani Street in early 2006, I
stayed in the spare bedroom at a friend's home. On his spare
bedroom land line phone, on the second day I was there, I
received a message from a male person who said the FBI and
CIA were wanting to find me. This message was submitted to
the DA at Maui County, their investigator and others.
For his part, after slandering my reputation in a written
letter to me, then-Director Goodwin replied to my call about
this message, and he provided another letter to me saying
that he had checked with his local CIA representatives and
that they, in fact, were not looking for me. So there.
This letter was submitted to the Publisher's Office at the
Honolulu Advertiser 2009 in and, of course, to the local DA
in 2006. As you can see, the local DA, the Publisher's office
and all others who claim to have spied on me, failed to see
that the FBI owes me quite a bit of money.
The local DA and police blew it at least half a dozen times.
The state blew it big time. The US AG's office blew it three
times on paper. The white collar officer at HPD blew it as
reported to me by felon suspect Gervin Miyamoto. The Hawaii
FBI blew it but left direct proof for me that they blew it.
They know the GAO - Public Integrity Office has their number.
Even the SF DA, Mr. Ross, failed to show concern about the
abuse of military intelligence lines when I spoke to him from
my now dead father's land line phone in 2007.
Exposed, dead-on-arrival or dispensable are those who knew,
lied, lied again and then said nothing when they found out that
there were too many who reported on record in a multi-pronged
multi-level process about a pattern of abuse for profit.
Of the numerous attorneys with whom I have spoken, all appear
to lack a deep understanding of what is required in order to
address abuses in intelligence/surveillance networks. They
are either in the filth pocket or intentionally stupid about
these matters in Hawaii. They are well-conditioned.
I have made a clear statement that I refuse contact with any
Japanese American attorney because I do not participate with
money laundering after crimes have been extended for over 8
years with nobody having gone forward even in their own interest.
Too much shame? Need to incite more violence, slander? Bring
it on, cowards, Who do u think is listening to ur bunker in

Missing Documents from SF Human Rights Commission
The original complaint to liar, liar former US AG Ed Kubo
were found to be missing in the SF Human Rights Commission
in 2003. As my previous entry on this blog site, Ed Kubo
called a human rights contact who knew little of my case
but received my documents in May 2003. Mr. Kubo said to
this person that I was perfectly safe in Hawaii and that
there were no concerns for privacy violations.
The missing documents were reported on record at the SF
public testimony meeting in September or October 2003 on
videotape.
Another copy of these documents were submitted in person
to a personal acquaintance in December 2002. He said that
he had "inside" contacts in the SF Democratic Party since
he had run for the Chair position. Pablo Heising was a very
familiar figure in San Francisco as the founder of the famous
Haight-Ashbury Street Fair. It is reported that Pablo died
while in a cafe near the Haight where we regularly chatted.
This was reported today to a journalist contact at the
Chicago Tribune. Since Pablo was the only person who knew
who had received over 20 pages of documents submitted in my
original complaint, his death leaves a question about where
my documents had een disseminated. It is likely that 60
Minutes program was mentioned as a possibility.
It has been my statement that CBS 60 Minutes is not an option
for me due to circumstances that are obvious. My complaint
implicated Democrat stakeholders who are the most in-the-know
in Hawaii. They are now exposed, dead-on-arrival or dispensable.

Patterns of Abuse, Fraud and Wire Terror Reported
Patterns of abuse, fraud and wire terror crimes in Hawaii
would alert anyone with a brain that legitimate action on
record needs to be taken after years of negligence. My
calls about checks and balances with any coordinated policy
with multiple federal agencies must include transparent,
on-the-table, verifiable records in the public realm.
Speaking of white collar crimes that impede drug crimes
prosecution, white Collar Officer Sunada from Honolulu
Police Department filed a false, preliminary document to
the US AG's liason, Gervin Miyamoto, in early 2006 saying
that my complaints at 1970 Liko Street and wire stalking
had no merit. I don't know how HE knew this, but obviouly
other officers had already confirmed wire fraud and other
crimes at the site.
There is no justification for at this point for Hawaii to
use clandestine means to address on record statments. It
is not the obligation of the victim to initiate an effort
when the threshold of crime reaches a terroristic level.
Slander of reputation is the first sign of someone who is
involved with drug crimes.
For-profit "investigators" who use "hearsay" false info
from someone who uses illegal drugs is a mechanism of drug
intimidation for corrupt investigating groups. Usually it
is a paranoid complex of someone who use drugs with others
who think they are in control of the law.
The historical incompetence and malice of systems here is
based on for-profit motives by those who know better and
the delusional behavior of addicts in a downward spiral.
Hawaii is an example of a totalitarian system with sheep,
cowards and nazi-like residents pretending to feel well.

is not the obligation of the victim to initiate an effort
when the threshold of crime reaches a terroristic level.

Dangerous Paranoid Delusion Addicts - updated
My calls to the Senate Caucus Narcotics Control members
offered substantive information about shaping drug policies
to avoid past mistakes with the use of military intelligence
information monies with local intelligence from police.
Dangerous paranoid delusional addicts and drug traffickers
think that my calls increase the liklihood that civilians
are targeted. Hardly. It is only through unchecked forms
of military intelligence surveillance that drug users get
used mercilessly for the sake of increasing net gain by
investigators through illegitimate spying.
Today, a bartender at the Stop Watch, someone I've known
for years and someone who just saw me the other day refused
to serve me based on my participation of spying on others.
It is only through my efforts that those who are the most
elite commercial fraud drug users get targeted.
This bartender had that wild crazed look in her eyes when
she said she wouldn't serve me. I asked why, she refused
to say why and I left to make a recorded call to the owner
of the bar, Haru. Haru has in the past heard from me about
this internet site because there are drug pushers there at
her bar as others can verify.
Haru allows her bartenders discretion to serve as they are
comfortable. Haru knows that her bartender, Eloise, is a
drug user and that she is operating on information that is
"hearsay" and false by groups who have something to hide.
I told Haru that I had made a call from their bar to a
federal agency about the child sex trafficking arrest made
by a Florida FBi agent in Hawaii over the Superbowl week-
end. Maybe someone at the bar felt offended. The other
customer next to me was watching sports tv, but as always
there sometimes is a need to make a call.
The Stop Watch phone line has been watched, for the obvious
reasons. Now every federal agency investigating the endemic
corruption in Hawaii's criminal enforcement agencies have
the Stop Watch on their list, too.
Dangerous paranoid delustional drug-dependents should be
seen as a threat to others who live drug-free. Maybe they
just lost their mojo and are jealous of those who live free
from the chains of being a guinea pig to their addiction.
Simply put: they really are unhappy people.

Called Senate Caucus on Narcotics Control
A few minutes ago, I called and spoke with someone from
the Senate Caucus on Narcotics Control. Their phone number
online with the entire text from yesterday's FBI service
email news release.
My email to one of the Republican Senators on this Caucus
was sent from a wi-fi site at a small business where wire
fraud had been substantiated on Maui.
Today, I also called Small Business Hawaii, Senator Sam
Slom about the lack of vigilance on public wi-fi commercial
sites on Maui by professional security firms.
According to their website, caucus members were selected
by President Obama to monitor and direct policy to address
security breaches on the Mexican-American border.
My statements describing the collusion with intelligence-
led policing with risk reduction funding on Maui should be
made an example of what happens when there is a failure to
investigate and prosecute crimes in a timely manner
More drugs = more money for Counties, more violence = more
money for Counties. This collusion must be exposed. There
is an optimal outcome when more prosecution of drug crimes
by corrupt government officials = more money.

ALERT: FBI press release about ongoing policy directives that require
verifiable input from legitimate public contacts who do not have a
conflict of interest due to ongoing corruption in FBI wire/intelligence
systems. Hawaii has stupid people on the wire.
Congressional Testimony
FBI Executive Testimony
Kevin L. Perkins, Assistant Director, Criminal Investigative Division, FBI
Anthony P. Placido, Assistant Administrator for Intelligence, DEA
Statement Before the U.S. Senate Caucus on International Narcotics Control
May 5, 2010
Chairman Feinstein, Co-Chairman Grassley, and distinguished members of the caucus, on behalf of Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Acting Administrator Michele Leonhart and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Robert S. Mueller, III, we appreciate your invitation to testify today regarding violence in Mexico and its implications for the United States. The Department of Justice law enforcement agencies have outstanding relationships with law enforcement agencies on both sides of the border. With the assistance of our counterparts, the Department strives to coordinate investigative activity and develop intelligence in order to efficiently and effectively manage law enforcement efforts with the goal of identifying, infiltrating, and dismantling drug trafficking organizations that are directly responsible for the violence in Mexico.
The DEA, in conjunction with the FBI, has been at the forefront of U.S. efforts to work with foreign law enforcement counterparts in confronting the organizations that profit from the global drug trade. The Department recognizes that in order to effectively attack the international drug trade it has to forward deploy its personnel into the foreign arena. DEA has the largest federal law enforcement presence overseas. DEA has 83 offices in 62 countries and works with host governments in assessing drug threats, gathering intelligence, targeting major drug trafficking organizations (DTOs), and, in coordination with the Department of State, assisting host governments in developing comprehensive counternarcotics strategies. The FBI has a legal attaché office in Mexico City which works closely with counterparts, shares intelligence, and coordinates international investigations. In addition, the FBI has Border Liaison Officers who travel to Mexico on a weekly basis to coordinate with law enforcement partners.

FBI (From Big Island) Drug Ops
Today, I called and spoke with my favorite news consort
from Hilo Pacific Radio Group (he doesn't use drugs either)
in the early afternoon. My call was precipitated by the
low-flying helicopters that hovered near where I reside
on Maui. I used my camera to take pictures of them as
they flashed photographs of the underlying scene.
DJ News Director informed me that the Big Island has had
a drug operation called Peaceful Sky Operation to deal
with international drug trafficking there. He agreed
with me, based on his contacts, that current medical
marijuana laws are hazardous to public safety, and with
the recent voting down of an effort to reform this law
marijuana cultivators are subject to federal penalties.
The few growers on "ag" properties that I've spoken with
on Maui seem to believe that they are operating within
the law, or that legislation will soon pass. They are
not able to think through the impact of what happens in
a situation where critical mass hits Maui, meaning the
level of corruption and crimes reaches a point where feds
show up with big guns to take over.
It really is the loss for property owners more than the
loss for attorneys and government officials who stand to
profit when the cash flow is to turn everyone over.
See how it works? Mr. Hilo News Director got an earful
of my experience of having my identity mistaken for other
asian females who actively trade, barter and use drugs
on farm land where my humble existence really was about
learning how to grow food.
My expertise and testimony now has a price for all those
who are involved in this failure to govern scenario.

DRUG TERROR = WIRE TERROR ON MAUI
Democrats who operate the corrupt wire system in Hawaii
are desperate for a Democrat option in my case. I ain't
never ever gonna have anything to do with any card hold-
ing member of any Democrat Party. In Hawaii more than
anywhere, corrupt Democrats were the beneficiaries of the
flawed and abusive counter-terror surveillance policies
from the Bush administration.
They are in denial. No victim needs a corrupt wire for
any process of justice when the victim could prove crimes
and patterns of crimes for years that verified a corrupt
wire/information system run by Democrats.
Hawaii's Congress members can go to hell. They are too
afraid, too passive, too seeped in their owh entitlement
to survive the scrutiny of a serious criminal investiga-
tion about what really happened to Karen Yukie Yamada
since 2001 when she was FALSELY LINKED TO SOVERIEGNTY
GROUPS AND LUNATIC PROGRESSIVE/LIBERAL DEMOCRATS.

Republicans Target US AG Holder
Since being appointed to his US AG's office, Eric Holder
has been targeted by Republicans. It may be a result of
his viewpoints on partisan issues, but during the first
month of his appointment, Mr. Holder made a statement
of leniency for medical marijuana crimes.
Does this mean that medical marijuana advocates and for-
profit professionals are above state laws while providing
this treatment to patients? Obviously not.
Mr. Holder isn't an idiot. Effective criminal justice and
enforcement is necessary to maintain any practice dispens-
ing medical marijuana. If not, we can see more problems
with other illegal substances running the corruption in
our government systems.

Broad Public Hearsay Idiocy
Broad public hearsay in an idiot society increases risks
to everyone. Broad public hearsay is the legal term that
describes what is generally spoken about, thought, felt
and acted on by large numbers of people in a community.
Like harassment or racism, it creates a climate that can
be seen as a pack of dogs, herd of sheep or an energized
sense of purpose.
Broad public hearsay impacts political movements because
of the collective process that influence many to go with
the flow rather than think for themselves or act in any
independent manner.
The broad public hearsay about Dr. Mastrianni is that he
provides a permit substantiating a medical diagnosis to
justify the use of medical marijuana to treat patients
who have certain types of illnesses or ailments. His name
is linked to those who grow marijuana for patients who
have been designated as those who quality for a permit.
One client calls him a consultant who works with primary
physicians to provide options for this treatment. Since
current medical marijuana laws include the "herb" form
of marijuana as well as THC capsules, the question then
is about who runs the dispensary where marijuana can be
picked up in "herb" form.
Medical marijuana and their advocates are now the pawns
of enterprise stakeholders who envision having recreational
boutiques for pot use in addition to medical needs. This
issue is hotly debated within pot advocates and growers.
Do you know who laced your herb today? I am not the #1
enemy of those who are dependent of any drug for quality
of life. I am an advocate for the rights of all, unlike
those who deny my right to live drug-free.

When Laws Increase Crime Everone Loses
Layers of historical failures to enforce laws that are
poorly written create conditions where criminality can
thrive. Debating an issue is ridiculous if efforts to
write that law are negligent or deficient.
According to Maui Time, Maui Weekly and all other papers,
the State Legislature killed bills for medical marijuana,
legalized gambling, honoring cock fighting as a cultural
heritage, etc. Who paid those interns to spend hours in
writing such legislation anyway?
Through hearsay from "ag" property owners, Dr. Mastrianni's
patients on medical marijuana can grow up to 4 plants per
patient on their property and can grow multiple accounts.
From all accounts, they believe that they are acting with-
in the law as property owners. I am guessing this is from
attorneys who represent them.
Well, two weeks ago the medical marijuana law that should
have corrected the decade-old medical marijuana law was
not approved. Now what? Do drug laws matter on in Hawaii
where drug crimes are plentiful?
I've also heard that property owners receive a permit from
the County that gives them the chance to apply for a permit
from the State Narcotics agency. I even spoke to someone
who had parents who worked in the Mainland as federal drug
enforcement officers about his application for medical pot.
Some are clearly in denial about the confluence between
drug trafficking networks and medical marijuana, but those
photographs on the front page of the Maui News in 2008 with
Patients Without Time medical pot advocate Brian Murphy are
convincing that they were arrested for a reason.
Cultivating drug culture networks may be like community life
for the pedestrian user of pot, but the realities of repeated
failures to write, implement and pass viable laws are shown
to have a destructive effect on all sides of the issue.
Impotence has set in. Denial was always a given. Now what?

MAUI TIME - IDENTITY THEFT UPDATED
Update from April 10, 2010 ppd entry:
This past week, I ran into Adrienne Pinsky in Paia.
She is the former founder and Publisher of Haleakala
Times newspaper. I had written for the Haleakala
Times in the Summer/Fall of 2004 during the time I
had volunteered at the Maui Democratic Headquarters
as an inquiring independent voter who recently returned
to live on Maui.
During the few months that I worked as a volunteer,
I wrote weekly email newsletters providing a synopsis
of national platform agenda directives and a listing
of local campaign events featuring Democratic candi-
dates. After this experience, I informed all those
who were of influence in their Party office that I
was cutting off all ties to the Democratic Party.
In any case, I spoke briefly with Adrienne about
her move to the Big Island after her newspaper was
bought, then turned into an internet site. I also
told her of my experience of identity theft, threats
and false representation with the Maui Time internet
site.
She knows Brian Murphy, whose picture was on the front
page of the Maui News in 2008 with other men arrested
for drug crimes, had my phone number with his credit
card and auto insurance companies.
Since Mr. Murphy had had his office in the same
commercial building as the Haleakala Times at a
busy site in Paia, she knew him personally, as did
many other small business owners in this town.
With identity theft in a small community that is
known to have endemic corruption within government
and law enforcement, person-to-person word of mouth
advocacy is the most effective form of information
sharing for crimes involving wire fraud/id theft.
On this same afternoon, I ran into Riki Suarez,
the owner of the Rainbow Hostel in Paia. He also
heard that my name was fraudulently used by some-
one on the Maui Time comment board with regard to
Native Hawaiian Kingdom and drug issues. He and
I met about a year ago when I stayed at his hostel
for a several days.
When proof of id theft and wire fraud is on the
internet, a swift and effective response should be
easy. Not in Hawaii. For Hawaii's own tiny economic
base, ranking 11th in the list of riskiest cyber-
crime states is an accomplishment that no resident
should be proud of.

PROBLEMS WITH LAPTOP APRIL 2010
My lap top was repaired recently by someone who claims
to be a technology expert. He lived on the same property
as personal acquaintance. His experience involves having
worked with the State of Hawaii before retiring.
Several months ago, he worked on my computer from his
home office, hooked this computer up to both his land
line dial-up, then used the wireless that he claims is
incripted for protection.
Since then, I've had some ongoing problems with some
of my intellectual property stolen from two different
blogs, the Honolulu Advertiser and care2.com. I've
also noticed that my Twitter blogs have had irregula-
rities that were reported to the Twitter enforcement
contact.
Since the cable on Maui is known to have been subject
to terror crimes last year, I am wondering if while
adding programs to my computer from his office, there
may be a problem with my system that indicates some
sort of corrupt entity. My guess is that everyone is
having a similar problem on Maui after having hooked
up to a land line dial-up.

MAUI TIME - IDENTITY THEFT
Yesterday, I checked the Maui Times internet news site
from a cafe in Paia. As with Haiku, Paia has a wire
link to another location on liveleak.com. A click on
locality at liveleak.com in Paia goes to Kahului.
Paia wi-fis are in Kahului, imagine that.
The comment section on Maui Time internet site has
a series of letters by not-too-intelligent writers
using my first name, Karen, my last name Yamada but
not "Yukie" which is the only name I use since 2001.
One falsely suggests that I am using illegal drugs.
There is one IDENTITY THEFT writer using my full
name with language similar to what I have written
but since I DO NOT WRITE TO THE MAUI TIME BLOGS,
AND HAVE ONLY CONTACTED THEM WITH INFORMATION TO
SUPPORT MY COMPLAINT ABOUT WIRE TERROR, WIRE FRAUD
CRIMES AND VIOLATIONS THAT INCLUDES LAW ENFORCE-
MENT COMPLICITY.
Most blogs require a registration of users so that
users can be traced back to their source in the event
that terms of use are violated. Most blogs prohibit
the use of violence, foul language and any threats.
Does the Maui Time, and their consumer market under-
stand the power of the web in a positive sense?
Maui Time knows that their newspaper has identified
as progressive in partisan intent. I am not one of
them, they know I do not support their partisan plat-
form, and I do not tolerate drug pushing as a means to
control those who live differently, nor do I tolerate
the Democrat's hypocrisy of only protecting rights of
Democrats.
Defamation of character puts the chill in the blood
and bones of Democrats and their attorneys who tried
to deny, lie, cover-up and diminish my complaints re:
identity theft, privacy violations, fraudulent use
of intellectual property, wire terror with verifiable
networks involved with drug trafficking and harass-
ment since I was FALSELY LINKED TO HAWAIIAN
SOVEREIGNTY IN THE HONOLULU ADVERTISER in 8/01.

Most blogs require a registration of users so that
users can be traced back to their source in the event

THE SKEWER - News Rendition #10
No hypocrits allowed.
No, I am not leading a populist movement, nor have I ever
participated with activists to organize groups. I am work-
ing with those who have always done the correct thing for
the correct reason without denying others their Constitutional
rights. As everyone knows, this excludes partisan hypocrits
with selective moral outrage.
My coffeeshopmonster.blogspot.com internet site includes
a list of news feed renditions to identify and expose the
most corrupt and vile stakeholders in our society of hypo-
crts. #10 is called THE SKEWER, targeting those who are
your best friend only when money for them is a possibility.
Is this the real world? It is only a small percentage of
the real world. Most who have a sense of conscience would
not do the two-faced back stab that is known in most high
level corporate and political systems.
Hawaii may be the exception. They have used systemic forms
of concubinism to force me to work against my own rights
because they are obviously not capable nor intelligent
enough to do it themselves while residing in systems of
control. Others who are indifferent have found that what
happened to me, now happens to them based on their own
indifference to doing what is correct.

FBI TARGETS CORRUPT OFFICIALS
Today, I called a Republican member of the House Appropriations
Committee, Congresswoman Rogers from Kentucky. I called in
support of the good will effort by FBI Assistant Director for
Criminal Investigations. He recently made statements to the
House and Senate Intelligence Committee members about targeting
local, state and federal officials who aid and abet drug crimes.
I called her after reading the FBI press email release about
Kevin Perkins participating in the return of stolen art items
to Peru. These pieces are of priceless cultural value.
My call was to acknowledge that such efforts are necessary
given our failed "war on drugs". This policy failed to address
that the vast consumer market in American corporate culture
is a symbiotic link to an economy of endemic poverty and
forced labor in the production chain of all Andean countries.
Liberal democrats and progressive lunatics who are actively
on record recently trying to legalize drugs in this country
do not consider that all drug policies must reflect the deep
hypocrisy in American drug cultures.
Legalizing drugs in America would condemn all coca farmers
to an endless contract with an addicted society's need to
fulfill their dimming spark, their depression about losing
our economic verve, and that deep, deep unfulfilled longing
for something more.
Aside from the fact that drug trafficking is a known source
of terror financing, these hypocrits looking for infinite love
for all of human kind might be satisfied to know that America
has no choice but to address policies that have held other
nations captive for decades.

Italians Make Hashish Arrest
An Italian internet news site announced the seizure
of 100 kg of hashish in a place called Padua today.
Those implicated are from Morocco. Do you know where
your hashish came from? http://bit.ly/bjabuM see
article posted by Wall Street Journal 3/11/10 about
the arrest of 26 Italian mafia figures in Palermo.
The Brotherhood of Eternal Love, also known as the
Hippie Mafia, were named in drug trafficking crimes
on Maui, California and Oregon in 1972. According to
an article in High Times Magazine, the last of the
brotherhood smuggling network were nabbed last year
in September 2009.
It is reported that their hashish was the largest
pipeline from Kandahar, Afghanistan. This brother-
hood is now facing court trial.

Congress.org: HASHISH PROBLEM ON MAUI
My entry on congress.org to numerous Congress members
last month included my complaint about former State Rep
now former Congressman Ed Case. A Google search under
my name and congress.org results in my letter to Rep.
Jose Serrano from New York.
I wrote to him and others because of their statements
on c-span on July 11,2009. He and other Congress members
exposed the waste from Troubled Asset Relief Program,
the bill that bailed out states from the markets fall.
On this day, a small amount was transferred from one
budget to the Financial Criminal Enforcement Network.
Included were statements from Republicans proposing
a vote of no-confidence of Obama's Economic Advisory
Council.
A pattern of fraud, waste and abuse was obvious from
this $800 billion package. Now we have a trillion $$
health care mammoth gravy train bill that promises all
you ever wanted from the government without addressing
the failures of existing public options upfront.
If you have a live wire, why not listen to what they
really say in Washington DC instead of in residences
where illegal drugs are used with groups representing
State Democrat plans for a vast profit engine with
marijuana and hashish for all. Oh, they absolutely
forgot that hashish is derived from a different place
than most pakalolo herb on Maui.
Congress lives in a faux information system. How would
they know how daily activities are impacted by open use
and cultivation of trade and barter for hashish?
This morning I called the previous land owner where
Kelsey Rae Running Wolf offered me hashish for massage.
He knows that I sent an email informing her of how her
choices as a drug user affects the safety of those who
promote safe, drug-free communities.
Delusional and corrupt systems here perpetuated the
rumor that, being from Pakistan and also in Afghanistan
Afghanistan where we have dying soldiers, hashish has
links to those who operate in finance. whoops. There is
a link between the war on terror and the economy of hash?
It is assumed that finance groups endorse open use of
hash as means of control over law enforcement.
My right to swift law enforcement is relevant to the
entire population. Protecting the rights of criminal
defendants over a period of years over the rights of
those who respect the law leads to drug terror in all
aspects of our lives. After years of not seeing any
consequence to action, drug addicts, pushers and users
think that they are above the law.

QUEEN HAS NO CLOTHES
The distinction between true Democrats and true
Republicans narrow political issues to a two-party
system frame of reference. CNN and other cable
news channels have perpetuated this mindless news
approach for decades now.
They say that Democrats fall in love, Republicans
fall in line. You know, it's about the primary
motivation of behavior that is revealed when times
are tough. What really matters?
Being independent in American's two-party system
is like living an endless soap opera where patterns
of dysfunction are rarely dismantled. Most Americans
are independent, that is why they don't vote. Take
a look at how many Americans don't vote.
I've noticed that Republicans punish and eject any
Republican that is caught with his pants down, so to
speak. Democrats only do so when it is profitable.
They ask, what is wrong with having one's pants down
while others are watching?
Speaking of partisan abuses in my case is easy. I did
not miss any hoops in any system of power over 9 years
in making my complaint. However, I am not a liar and
hoop-makers in Hawaii require lies in order to pursue
a terror case that impacts public safety.
Even the ACLU in Honolulu knows they are living in a
transparent veil of hypocrisy. In 2004, the national
ACLU website had information about how to organize
events to promote "safe houses" in light of policies
that violate privacy of citizens. Yet, when my own
complaints implicated Democrats and Democrat commercial
stakeholders, they were not interested in representing
my complaint about invasive surveillance.
My complaint was an opportunity for Democrats to build
a platform against policies such as Talon by Pentagon
officials that used local so-called intelligence groups
on the ground to collect information about suspects in
their community. Talon was exposed appropriately as
having too many abuses by New Yorkers in early 2006.
By September 2007, Talon was dismantled as reported in
the Wall Street Journal.
Maybe Democrats made more money by allowing Talon to
operate on the ground on Maui in known drug towns. It
is possible the Honolulu ACLU are idiots. The Onion's
internet site has an article about the ACLU defending
Nazi's right to attack the ACLU headquarters. haha.
Now Honolulu ACLU makes complaints on behalf of girl's
sports. Girls have to play softball on dirt fields while
boys have a nice professional field. Go read the Maui
News, I swear, they have too much time on their hands.
Their website even lists an announcement 2 months ago
protecting the rights of those dependent on medical
marijuana, but I bet they don't think that there is a
connection between drug crimes and those who dispense
medical marijuana, do they?
Today, the ACLU press release with Hawaii Public Radio
is about defending the rights of residents in Kalihi to
live free from violence. Kalihi being an old neighbor-
hood with established local residences where drug crimes
are known to frequent. Only residents in Kalihi who are
ignorant, uneducated and dependent get representation by
liberal Democrats who live on trust funds?
And another thing, my former housemate, a first generation
filopino educated at Yale and Berkeley who was awarded the
the seat in the State House last year after Bob Nakasone died
a month after being re-elected, here-to-forth known as one
more corrupt Hawaii Democrat made the news this past week,
Gil Agaran. Yeah, he was nominated by the Hawaii Democratic
Party as per their by-laws after the death of a sitting
official and approved by Governor Lingle.
While in private law practice on Maui, while serving as a
board member at Maui Memorial Hospital and while serving as
a State Representative, he went on record supporting cock
fighting as a cultural heritage.
Cock fighting, now a felony crime, is a known cultural practice
with filopinos who are allegedly connected to (ooh) organized
criminal groups who traffick crystal meth like the ones who
operated at Liko St. in Happy Valley when we were housemates
and where I made repeated complaints about suspicious car
activities that were substantiated by other neighbors.
Com'on Democrats, falling in love for you is about only
one thing. Fulfilling that deep unfulfilled need for a
connection that makes you feel whole, and when someone
is rich and famous, those love bugs are out of control.
Your worst possible nightmare is upon you, Democrats, who
profit from political slavery, I am not a Republican but
they know who I am, and they know what I've done.
Republicans narrow political issues to a two-party

HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE, DOCTORS?
Speaking of criminal conspiracies to cultivate open use
of illegal drugs in a state like Hawaii where those who
create conditions for drug crimes receive preferential
treatment by agencies, even law enforcement . . .
It is all about money, after all. In light of this past
year's "victorious" health care reform, physicians know
that it really is all about protecting their control of
certain strings of commerce in their pulverized profess-
ional sector. Now that doctors are mere cogs in the wheel
of a vast profit engine for pharmaceuticals and insurance
companies, they act and feel like victims.
What was that "hypocritical oath" about that physicians
take when they receive the entitlement of their honorable
profession to protect human life and the dignity of life?
I know many doctors in Hawaii have been frustrated. They
try, and try and try to get satisfaction in fulfilling
this hypocritic, I mean hippocratic oath but alas, remain
frustrated, bitter and disempowered by Hawaii's commitment
to mediocrity.
Even local eateries and bars are subject to the same type
of swarm for those promoting illegal drugs openly. I just
spoke with a female employee at the bar where I regularly
sit and chat. I called to say that yesterday a male patron
sat at the bar reeking of pakalolo or hashish, smiling like
he was looking for social contact with their bartender.
This is a public establishment where others, like myself,
who advocate for a drug-free and safe community should feel
that we are free to live within the boundaries of the law
without being slandered, harassed and targeted. We know
the "white collar" crimes associated with impeding drug
crime investigation, and we know the professional groups
who willfully use laws to the advantage of "white collar"
drug users.
Some have nothing to hide, obviously. They feel free and
safe to use illegal drugs in public places. Others have
been hiding behind a transparent veil of hypocrisy.
Wait until the "victorious" health care reform starts to
be implemented and examined line-by-line, Democrats.

R U CORRUPT? R U a LIAR?
Yesterday, I visited the web page of Hawaii Reporter, a
news site that has access to public records from certain
government agencies. Malia Zimmerman's photograph greets
all viewers of her news site.
In past years, I called Malia about my advocacy effort
to expose government and police corruption. When I saw
this photo yesterday, I called her from the Makawao Postal
Shop to let her know that my previous politicalpoidog blog
entry BLONDIE MATINEE in no way made reference to her.
In fact, I am on record saying that not all blondes are
created equal.
Knowing Malia, she did not spin off into victim-like
indignation about being a beautiful blonde herself as
is demonstrated on her website: Hawaii Reporter.
I wanted her to know that politicalpoidog took over
exposing police corruption with State Democrats since
TOEJAM BLITZ REPORT, my other advocacy newsletter, is
targeting abuses within health care systems of Hawaii.
TOEJAM BLITZ REPORT will have as much fun as ppd.
Yesterday proved my point about corrupt and paranoid
behavior on the part of those who may be facing some
scrutiny due to the issue of medical marijuana. It also
proves my point that MPD gives preferential treatment
to those who are linked to Democrat stakeholders in
Hawaii, in particular with regard to drug crimes.
At 5:07 pm yesterday, I received a call from a cop
from 572-8546. This officer, pert and polite, informed
me that Dr. Matrianni's office made a complaint that
I had harassed them by requesting a time to meet person-
to-person with their office Manager, Suzie Mastrianni.
The only reason I made this call to them yesterday at
5pm or so, is because their when I visited their office
yesterday morning, their receptionist invited me to
meet with Suzie today.
This swift response by MPD to make a false accusation
on behalf of Mastianni & Mastrianni about my efforts
for personal and public advocacy is a crime. During my
visit to their office, I emphasized that I was not seeking
any names of clients they may have or had with medical
marijuana. I merely wanted to clarify their policies and
practices for dispensing medical marijuana to their clients.
I made clear in my voice messages to their office nurse,
Joanne, that my phone number and name have been falsely
linked to criminal drug activities and to Brian Murphy,
who was arrested in 2008 for drug crimes, as reported
on the front page of the Maui News in 2009.
My intent to contact them was to advocate for my own
protection since no one from the Democratic Party group
advocating for medical marijuana seems to take seriously
terror crimes that target those who live drug-free and
who believe they also deserve swift responses from MPD.
After all, I don't know who Mastrianni is. Makawao is
an awfully small town, and I would like to know who they
are and make sure they know who I am. Yes, they have
my blog site, politicalpoidog-contact.blogspot.com
I am seeking an attorney for this incident. It could
be lucrative, wink-wink. Anyone with a conflict of
interest is disqualified, of course. I am not a liar.
R U a LIAR?
My call to 244-6400 while sitting in my car in front
of the Postal Shop was recorded today. The receptionist
who spoke with me received my message that the officer
that made a complaint based on false information and
hearsay broke the law, as did the physician's office.
This receptionist recommended that I speak with her
supervisor who obviously has a conflict of interest.
Not well-trained in matters of misconduct, and in
my case a systemic pattern of intimidation.
Maui residents should be afraid.

supervisor who obviously has a conflict of interest.
Not well-trained in matters of misconduct, and in
my case a systemic pattern of intimidation.
Maui residents should be afraid.

BLONDIE MATINEE AT MPD
Today's Maui News front page has a photograph of fallen
vice police officer Allison Moore who is facing a 25-count
indictment including tampering with evidence, promotion
of a dangerous drug (crystal meth) and forgery. She was
found in New Mexico after posting $150,000 bail.
Police Chief Yabuta's quote in today's paper appears to
suggest that he is soft on platinum blondes. He says:
"She obviously has some deep-seeded personal problems"
and that it would be "unethical" to make any further
comment about this matter.
While he meant "deep-seated problems", we understand
that cops often protect crooked cops, but com'on Yabuta.
What personal problems does he refer to? The paper also
reports that Moore is planning to attend rehabilitation
on Oahu then look for employment.
Talk about cultivating conditions for drug cultures.
Soft of drug crimes with cops isn't the way to go given
the deep-seated problems with drug corruption on Maui.
Did he miss that report on April 15th 2009 by the myste-
rious "Clark" who advertised on the back-page of the
Maui Time for tips about crooked cops doing meth?
I called and spoke with two receptionists at the office
of Dr. Mastrianni today. There is hearsay that he has
in the past issued medical marijuana permits. Both of
his receptionists did not quite get the issue straight
about legalities, yet they claimed that medical pot is
still legal in Hawaii. They made reference to a State
sponsored website about medical marijuana laws.
Yabuta may be soft on blondes, but he says that medical
pot federal laws prevail with Maui Police Department. He
said this on the front page of the Maui News last month.
Anyone with two brain cells knows that while New Jersey
and California have medical marijuana laws, these states
have active and effective criminal justice systems to
enforce violations/abuses of laws, unlike Maui. Even
Clark County (Las Vegas) enforces illegal drug laws.
Blondie matinees are the course for the day. I called
officials to report my own experience of having been
targeted by drug networks in the past because I am on
record advocating for a drug-free community.
I cited statements by a former classmate of mine from
way back when who became a police officer with MPD. His
statement while in uniform to me was that MPD functione
like Gomer Pyle, lacking in understanding of what white
collar crimes are. He even said that when a crime can
be proven and verified this crime will never be taken
seriously without the "right connections".
This Gomer Pyle will never receive his pension, just like
Yabuta now that he has exposed his own tender sensitivity
for a female police officer who has created conditions
for all on Maui to be at risk for drug terror.
This guy actually testified on April 15th at the Police
Commission as a candidate for the Police Chief's job.
No, it ain't Yabuta. Go look it up yourselves and tell
it to the news feed at InjusticeEverywhere.com.
Don't they know that there is open trade and barter of
drugs known to their "not-so-intelligence" surveillance
networks? I recently gave a low-priced massage to a
20-something year old Native American female who claims
that during college, she grew and sold pot to survive and
got addicted to coke. She then offered me hash after the
massage. I just said "no thanks."
She was scheduled to return to Oregon last month but
since she shopped at the same small businesses as I did
it was necessary to disentangle any false impression that
I had any type of direct association with her. A waste of
time and resources. Get my drift?

Enforcement Required with Illegal Immigrants
As per my entry about Hana Herbs and Flowers where they
used illegal workers who regularly used illegal drugs
openly in a community space last Summer and Fall when
I lived there. My complaints as per my previous entry
were made repeatedly to all relevant individuals in
Hana, in Hawaii and Maui Police Department.
Why Hawaii does not enforce laws about illegal immi-
grants who work on small farms using illegal drugs is
because they are more valuable to those who have access
to information in these sites. In Hana, drugs=$$.
These workers were from Cyprus, the Netherlands and
Slovakia and all were educated enough to know what
the laws are in Hawaii. One had a relationship that
continued for several years. Others stayed only for
a week for work exchange.
Immigration and Naturalization Service should know
that these incidents increases violence and drug
crimes in small rural "ag" properties that adver-
tise in Edible Hawaii.
Illegal immigrants who are used for slave labor
should call the Human Trafficking Hotline as I have
from Haiku phone 808 575-9803 recently and from
808 572-9152 to report links between trafficking
illegal drugs and other types of abuses.

Harassment at Haz Beans Cafe Paia
Today while walking in Paia, one of the proprietors
of Haz Beans Cafe Postal Shop approached me on her
pink motor scooter in the street. She claims that
she had no idea that I had discontinued my mail from
their site after being threatened by "Wes", a shirt-
less vagrant who rides his bike on Baldwin Avenue.
Since it was her employee, Terrence Vierra, who told
me that "Wes" threatens lives with criminal agents
when I tried to speak with him on the day that he
made a FALSE ACCUSATION while sitting in front of
their cafe. He stood in the cafe speaking with Jill
or Jen with others who know me. Her statement that
she doesn't care what "Wes" does implicates her
for negligence.
It is this type of negligence "duh, i dunno what is
going on" that aids and abets the most violent types
of drug/criminal offenders in this community.
Having most of Haz Beans cash flow is from mail service
service has a price. After all, the US Post Master
has standards, rules and laws that make it possible
for private vendors to make a living from mail.
Liar, liar for these two women from San Francisco
who run a mail/internet cafe with an attorney lease
holder who runs his office out of Paia.
The US Criminal Division has heard from me since
2008 about mail fraud before Alan Cooperstein sold
his private vendor mail service to Jen and JIll in
Paia Haz Beans Cafe.
They should care who their patrons are, and they
will be held accountable if their employees or any
person who earns gainful income with them has violated
laws that increase risks to others.
As Paia Post Office recommends, all suspicious acts
that may suggest mail tampering or fraud should be
reported appropriately as I have on their recommenda-
tion to the Criminal Investigative Division of the
US Post Master.

Pinochio Squash in the Lollipop Lounge
On Friday, March 26th, the FBI email press release gave
an instructional excerpt from Patrick Bohrer, FBI special
agent against PUBLIC CORRUPTION in government systems.
His statements build a case for targeting corruption in
government based on its impact on domestic security.
Cause and effect, get it? Corrupt government officials
in a robot civic sector leads to corrupt citizens who
vote for corrupt officials for their own gain.
The Chicago Tribune, a former newspaper now an internet
news site, wrote insightful full-disclosure articles in
2008 and 2009 about the complexity of corruption in their
own government. Relationships between public officials,
real estate businesses, government contractors for trans-
portation and the "squeeze" put on by those who are then
appointed to government commissions and boards were all
exposed in detail.
When former Illinois Governor Blagojevich was impeached
in early 2009, it was the result of an investigation by
Special Federal Prosecutor Fitzgerald who was alerted of
this pattern of misconduct by an Illinois Legislator. All
this in a town known for their gangster-like character
Checks and balances count when other government officials
and citizens take action.
Hey-hey Pinochio, the shake down is on you.
Maui Time newspaper heard from Yukie Yamada today about
the San Francisco Bay Guardian article about racketeering
in SF City and County that provided options and political
squeeze on individuals who may not believe that the law
actually matters in public rights and safety.

Racketeering Charges Against SFPD - ABC
I checked Injustice Everywhere's news feed about police
corruption yesterday at the Makawao Postal Shop. Breaking
news about racketeering crimes by "rogue" investigators
with SFPD and their Alcohol Commission in San Francisco
night clubs, like the DNA Lounge and Slims, were listed.
Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations laws targetd
organized crime in government and the private sector. It
is no secret that organized criminal influences are found
in most corrupt government sectors. The Bay Area attorney,
Mark Webb, is targeting "gangster-like- behavior by those
investigators.
During the almost 20 years that I lived and worked in the
SF Bay Area, I had only a few incidents that required law
enforcement until my complaint to the Hate Crimes Division
in 2004 about harassment in neighborhoods where I lived.
One incident worth mentioning that could be considered a
potential hate crime happened at a well-used bus stop near
Mt. Zion of UCSF where I had worked as a per diem ICU
RN many years.
While waiting with other bus users, a white middle-aged
white male wearing non-descript casual clothing approached
me and said, "You Chinese are so ugly". Being Japanese
American, I turned to him and asked, "Are you talking to
me?" He then took out a disposable camera from a white
plastic grocery-type bag and snapped my photograph.
He continued walking rapidly down the block, turned the
corner around the Thai restaurant and disappeared. I
followed him to the corner watched him walk rapidly down
the street, then went into the restaurant to use their
phone to make a 911 call.
I waited almost a half-hour, went back to call 911 again
from the same phone. They reported some incident that
required urgent action in another neighborhood. A police
patrol showed up almost 40 minutes later at this site.
The officer stayed in his car when I identified myself.
He asked the same questions as the 911 dispatch about
what had occurred, asking again for a description of this
male person. I asked why I needed to say the same thing
again when I had said this twice over the phone. He said
that they did not have a connection between their car
screen and 911 dispatch.
He then walked out of his patrol car to my side and
asked if the person was about his height and weight.
I continued to complain about waiting for 40 minutes
while this perpetrator was around the corner.
He offered me a ride around the block to see if I
could identify him saying that while no crime took
place, my experience could be described as a potential
hate crime. He said he could write a formal complaint
with a reference number, and if I ever saw him again
in San Francisco, I could call 911 with this referral #
and a police would arrive to peruse the site without
having to speak with me.
He then drove me back to my apartment. During this
drive he suggested that if I knew any artists, I could
have a sketch done to be disseminated to small merchants
in the area where this took place since it was a regular
bus route for me and others.
He shared that being Mexican American, he was some-
times identified as Arab American and targeted with
hate crimes himself.
This is a positive response on the streets of San
Francisco in an imperfect system. Hate crimes that
target an individual for race, sex, sexual orienta-
tion or religion are felony offenses and taken very
seriously by San Francisco City and County.
My hate crimes complaint in 2004 included neighbor-
hoods with a high pedestrian flow, including Richmond
area or "little Chinatown", Haight-Ashbury and the
Mission district. One complaint I made while living
in Richmond was a frequent flow of vehicles in front
of our rental apartment building with only a few
vehicles that were there regularly.
Sometimes, the vehicles changed every 10-15 minutes,
with young white males and Chinese or Taiwanese look-
ing immigrants driving, parking, driving parking.
A male from the second floor apartment, a few home
down from where I lived once called out to me as I
walked past his window, "hey, your window is wide
open." I didn't speak with him, but noticed that he
and another white male walking on my street once
or twice.
Half a block away, Angelina's Deli, a cafe where all
upper middle-class patron frequented is a site where
"men in black coats" arrived one day. My housemate,
a federal police officer, said they were from the
Secret Service because of the way they dressed and
asked questions.
I started taking pictures of the cars in front of
my apartment with disposable cameras. Some cars were
vintage, brightly-colored cars, some were ordinary
vans and sedans.
I had maybe 5-6 cameras. I left them at 1970 Liko
Street in safe in my former corrupt/criminal housemate,
here-to-forth-known as State Whore Katherine Keith.
At the time, my housemates were heavy drinkers, but
no one used illegal drugs. Since this SF neighborhood
is well-groomed with a school yard nearby, there was no
active threat despite these suspicious car activities.
This site was named in my Hate Crimes complaint because
it was the site where I lived after making my original
complaint to the FBI and other City officials.
Many don't understand what is entailed with RICO,
Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations laws.
The public in San Francisco should be aggressive in
rooting out any type of influence that allows abuses
by vigilante law enforcement agents.

Deli" while living in another home in the Richmond
in 2004. This script, about the perversity of traffick-
ing privacy from an erotica workshop for permanently
disabled male veterans by an underground system at a

Nobody needs a criminal wire with Twitter
Gotta love Twitter, don't ya?
The commercial news engine has been pumping the issue of
decriminalizing marijuana, as well as medical marijuana.
Even a non-drug user like me has to conclude that those
who are committed to the herb are soon going to be buying
their joints from Nabisco or Glaxo-Smith-Kline pharmaceu-
tical. Don't they get it?
It'll even be Genetically Modified "herb" wrapped in a
recycled rolling paper brand, taxed and of course, totally
regulated just like all psychoactives.
Maui Time has important information this week in the
Coconut Wireless about recent events on Maui. Names and
dates are provided about pro-decriminalize-drug officers
of the law (maybe not for much longer), and by those who
see the Devil in this effort (Los Angeles Police/Narcotic
Officers).
CNN had a ticker tape alert yesterday about California
making a major push for legalizing marijuana into an upper
class consumption industry like the wine country in Napa.
AP article in today's Maui News sounds like another gravy
train rendition on the public.
"you may inhale" will be next campaign bumper sticker,
along with "who laced your herb today?" by adversaries of
this faux public relations campaign to glamorize illegal
drugs for profit.
This is not a test, this is what I heard, read and saw
in the past two days.

PROBLEM: NOT-SO-INTELLIGENCE POLICING
Today, I made a few distress calls to Republican Hawaii
Senator Sam Slom after speaking with Officer Platte on
Kokomo Road in Haiku. Senator Slom knows first-hand
that Officer Platte was one of the initial cops in Hana
who responded to my complaint about drug terror while I
lived and worked at Hana Herbs and Flowers.
Officer Platte and one other officer met me after my
call to Hana Police last Fall about a deranged male farm
worker at Hana Herbs and Flowers made threats after I
refused to participate with open drug use in a shared
kitchen space with other workers. It was in this kitchen
that workers smoked weed almost daily to the knowledge
of the daughter of Hana Herbs and Flowers, and where
they left zip lock bags of marijuana and cannabis seed
literature on the table. Workers included Europeans
from the Netherlands, Cyprus and Slovakia.
My complaint to Officer Platte and his colleague was
made at Hana Gas Station, the only place where residents
could purchase gasoline. I made calls from this site
frequently to the police because there are visible
security cameras there.
On one occasion, while I used this phone to continue
my complaint process, I noticed a male Hana resident
making a statement about abuse from the pay phone next
to mine. It is a known place for calls to be made.
It was from this phone that I called Geico to complain
about the voice messages I received looking for Brian
Murphy about his car insurance. It was also from this
phone that I made calls to my own car insurance company
to describe my own financial hardship due to my status
as a terror crime victim.
My call to Senator Slom reiterated my complaint that
while I have never intentionally broken the law, I am
still subject to harassment and criminal neglect from
institutional powers who ARE BEHOLDEN TO PROTECT
PUBLIC SAFETY AND ARE PAID TO DO SO.
My frequent emails from Hana were made from the Hana
Public Library, another place where there are visible
cameras. During this time in Hana, from July-September,
2009 there were many who knew of my complaints about
drug crimes from my emails, including those who worked
at the Library.
Problems with "not-so-intelligence" policing is that
on Maui, it is so much more profitable to create and
cover-up crimes than to report them, even in taxpayer
paid institutions. Few would deny the fact that drug
crimes have been plaguing Hana for decades due to the
failure for crimes to be reported, investigated and
prosecuted.
Even one of the land-share property tenant-in-common
next to Hana Herbs and Flowers joined in the
regular drug fest with the workers. He is a well-known
in Hana for his deranged behavior as a one-legged
former fire fighter who readily believes it is his
right to use illegal drugs, like some dead-already
former fire fighters.
Get it? There is a problem with "not-so-intelligent
policing" when it leads to targeting victims rather than
those who perpetuate drug terror crimes.

News Feed Problems in a Borderless Reality
Yesterday, while surfing through Twitter account profiles
I found a strange connection. An account from Tokyo listed
the name of a website where police corruption/misconduct
can be reported to a database in America. This website,
just one component of a larger project, is appropriately
called Injustice Everywhere.
You have to know how to configure your news release into
twitter-type "packets" then link it into their site. Ask
Maui Time about how to do this.
Why Tokyo has a link to this news feed site is unknown.
Maybe too many Japanese tourists are being mugged, robbed
and raped here in Hawaii with crummy police response. Tell
Mr. Templeton from Peer News in Honolulu that their
"no advertising" concept might consider a news link about
police corruption for tourists and residents.
Timing is key in reporting corruption/misconduct, after
all, it is almost like reporting drug crimes. Crimes that
are created for a closed loop of stakeholders result in
money laundering networks. News feeds are also subject to
being hijacked.
In April 2009, Maui Time newspaper listed on their back
page classified an ad for reporting "meth crimes" on the
part of Maui Police Department. I called this number a
number of times from a payphone near a sandwich shop in
Haiku and from my own cell phone.
The fellow who answered said that he would email confirm-
ation of our contact. He called himself "Clark" and told
me that he was involved with investigating reports that
police officers took unmarked bills to cover up an ice
lab drug site in Hana.
Strangely, his email sent another phone number that had
no answering message. The email also listed another name
rather than "Clark". The email address he told me did
correspond with the one received, an email address he had
made up: NatPoliceNet@aol.com. He said there really was
no such agency.
He said that his news contact was at the Maui Time, and
that information received from calls were forwarded with
this news paper contact. He also claimed that his law
enforcement contact was from MPD Vice Division. I call
this money laundering.
His last phone message to me said that he had testified
at the Police Commission's public testimony meeting held
in MPD building in the Police Chief's Library. This
testimony on April 15, 2009 was held to receive feedback
about selection of our next police chief.
Clark said that he was headed back to his "secret hide
away" place, presumedly near Honokowai on West Maui. He
said that as an independent journalist, he worked at a
hotel for pocket change.
As per my previous blogs, I attempted to testify but
was told twice by Jean at the Police Commission that
she received and took instructions from MPD Internal
Affairs to ban me from this testimony. She did not seem
to know that the Police Commission's only purpose is to
investigate police corruption/misconduct.
The Mayor's office, Maui's Corporation Council and a
few press members heard about this incident repeatedly
from me. It is system that does not function in serv-
ing the public, nor do they want verifiable information
that can prove our current Police Chief, as well as
former Police Chief Phillips were compromised to a
high degree in my complaint.
Maui Police Department appears to be run by those who
have something to hide. But isn't the cover-up always
the easiest to prove?
Using Twitter profile accounts to integrate into news
media contacts in a confidential manner has helped me
report this type of systemic terror and intimidation.
Unfortunately, the public is conditioned into accept-
ing this type of terror from law enforcement and from
corrupt officials in Hawaii.
I was just relating this story to someone on the phone
yesterday after he mentioned an incident reported by the
Maui News this past weekend about a former female police
officer from MPD with cervical cancer who was arrested
for crimes while in another state for extradition.
The website found to report police corruption/misconduct
should receive support without intimidation from those
"intelligence-led" totalitarian FBI agents running with
the usual commercial stakeholders who regularly make
money by covering up fraud, waste, abuse and violent
crimes in the community.
